Description of Work: I telephoned Tim at One Stop, explained that I needed to have a bolt that holds the toilet down replaced, he stated no problem. When repairman showed up he said it would cost $280 not $40. He said he was their to check flapper valve, not what we contracted them to do. We were honest on what we stated needed to be done. Tim either did not listen or chose to send someone in the hope we would pay the extra amount.

Description of Work: replaced spigot--turned water off-installed faucet,and left--when I went to check found that the water had not been turned back on-when I did turn it back on it was leaking badly--called company--they prompyly sent someone out--deermined a washer was needed-fortunately I had one injunk drawer--when it was installed all was well.

Description of Work: The requested started out as wanting bathroom sink faucets repaired and before they could arrive we had a water leak in the upstairs bathroom that we could not identify the source. So just in time the plumber arrived and after some troubleshooting identified the problem, and we decided to replace the two faucets which he took care of, and referred us to a water restoration service that was on site before he left to take care of the resulting water damage from the water over flow. Stellar performance and results all the way around; it couldn't have worked out better given the circumstances.
