Description of Work: I called and spoke with Roger told him the know on my dryer wasn't working properly. He squeezed me in at the end of the day and was waiting for me when I got home. He replaced the know and all is well. Left the old knob and parts bag. He showed me how the old one had cracked. Good to know. I would use them again.
