Outstanding. Roger found 2 issues fixed them both. I thought there was an issue with the dishwasher valve. Turns out the issue was somewhere else. He traced the leak and fixed it in less than half hour.

Punctual. Made repairs to my Kenmore washing machine which is 18 years old. The repair was quick and diagnosed immediately. The repairman provided great advice about repair versus buying new. Repair price of $105 was much less than I expected to pay to replace a coupler. Hopefully, I won't need them soon. I would definitely use this company again.

Fine once he located enough sealant

Roger was very quick to diagnose the problem, had all necessary parts with him. Bearings replaced. Work done in about an hour. Roger guarantees his work, was very pleasant. I highly recommend.

Roger came out and diagnosed problem within the hour...once he couldn’t locate piece needed he recommended I look on amazon which I did and found part for $16 (which was far below what he would have gotten it from a local dealer) He scheduled appointment for 1st biz day after I received shipment and within the hour my washer was fixed!! I nearly bought a brand new washer as I thought a repair would be close to paying for a new one! Glad I reached out to NVA and would highly recommend!!! Super fair price for services in addition to saving me more money by suggesting I look for the part at cheaper price and I am so happy to be up and running again!!

Roger quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem as a blocked drain pump. He removed a small piece of a dish that had blocked the pump and the dishwasher was fixed. I expected that the control board would need to be replaced, so I was delighted that was able to diagnose the real problem. Great job.

I called North Valley Appliance at about 4:45 pm on a Friday afternoon, hoping I might be able to get someone out over the weekend to look at my fridge that stopped working. To my surprise and delight, Roger answered the phone and said he was finishing a job in my area and could be there about 6:30. Roger got there at 6:20, took off the back panel in the freezer and was able to tell me I had a leak in my system. I was only getting about 5 percent cooling power. Told me it wouldn't be worth it to fix and I would be better off spending the money on a new one. When I asked him how much I owed him, he said he wouldn't feel right about charging me when I needed to go buy a new one! Honest and doesn't rake you over the coals, A++++ in my book! By the way, my brother does this for a living, unfortunately he lives on the East Coast, but speaking with him about the problem and what Roger told me, he said he was correct to give me the advise he did. I will definitely call Roger again if I am in need of his services!

I called the provider in the morning and he was able to accomodate me later the same day. He gave me a 90-minute time window in which he would come, and he arrived within that time frame. He was professional and appropriate in asking questions to diagnose the potential repair. He accurately described the problem to me, installed a new switch, tested the machine in several different ways, and finished the job within about a half hour. I would certainly use him in the future.

Roger ordered the part and was ready before I actually had a spot of time to have him come back and install the part. When he came back and performed the repair, he was most courteous and completed the job quickly. Roger presented himself as business-like and trustworthy.

Turned out a thermister had burnt out. Roger was there on time and finished the job very efficiently. This is second job Roger has done for me, Something much more complex had gone wrong with a circuit board in the fridge about a year ago, and despite several evening visits to determine the problem, Roger stuck to his initial quote. This company is one I would recommend as they are fair and there is no fear of being ripped off.
