Description of Work: Excellent service by Roger (owner) who replaced a cracked glass panel in my oven and cleaned the condenser of my refrigerator. I am thankful to find a reliable, honest appliance repair person and have no hesitation referring him to others.

Description of Work: The refrigerator worked for about a year and then started having the same problems it had before. It is freezing produce and the short warranty I was offered is over so it will cost me additional money to have him come back and fix the same problem.

Description of Work: Had a peculiar problem with the oven & microwave computerized signals. Oven light when on when closed and off when open! He worked h****** solving the issue and managed to reset the circuits (or whatever is inside that thing) so it worked properly again.

Roger arrived at the time scheduled and fixed my drier quickly. The drum belt had failed which stopped the machine. The service was professionally done and I am pleased with the results. Description of Work: Roger inspected both non-functioning dishwashers and provided a written estimate for repair. The machines had been damaged by a power surge, so he recommended that the circuit boards be removed as evidence for claim purposes. This is his 3rd visit to us -- a bar fridge, front-loading dishwasher and finally the dishwashers -- he knows his stuff and is responsive and professional and reasonably priced.

Description of Work: Roger checked the door on my dishwasher. It is unrepairable as the weld on the hinge has broken completely off. Will need to call GE and discuss as it can't be repaired and the dishwasher is only 4 years old. |Roger also checked and then replaced my icemaker. Description of Work: I had problems closing the door to the freezer a few days previously. Roger found that it had probably been due to ice at the bottom of the door and the problem had resolved itself. He also checked the water filter and installed it properly.
