Mr. Electric of Phoenix Metro

the technician showed up with none of the supplies required to do the requested job. He had to go buy the supplies. $300 to move a phone 30 feet seemed high. I was surprised as their rating was A on Angies list

We had a home inspection that revealed the previous owners had done some sub par electrical work on the house that was definitely not up to code. The office confirmed our appointment via email and sent a photo and biography of Eric who was to be our electrician that day. This helps with safety concerns! Eric called on his way, was right on time and went to work. He gave us a written estimate prior to doing any work. There were many problems to solve in the electrical panel with double tapped circuits, etc. Eric spent a long time coming up with the best and most cost effective solutions that also gave us confidence in the safety of the repairs. He really went above and beyond to save us hundreds of dollars. Would absolutely use them again, and especially Eric for his thoughtfulness, attention to detail and hard work. Thanks!

All aspects of dealing with Mr. Electric were first rate. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and knowledgeable and she was able to answer all my questions and schedule the appointment at my convenience. The electrician who performed the three ceiling fan installations was Corey and he could not have been nicer. He was professional, friendly, and completed the job with the utmost care and cleaned up any wrapping materials. I will definitely call Mr. Electric in the future for installations and any electrical issues.

It went very well! Tina arrived on time and was very professional. She treated me with respect and addressed all my questions and concerns without making me feel stupid. When she recommended the surge protector she quoted a price and installed it while she was there. I was impressed with her service and plan to use Mr. Electric in the future when I need to have some fixtures installed.

We got a new surge protector installed and Robert Facio was able to locate a bad GFI outlet that got the dead circuit working again. We had them back to install another protector on our 2nd electrical panel (since Robert had to buy new circuit breakers to make it work). While he was out he rewired a 3-way switch and added some GFI outlets to allow a refrigerator in the garage to work independently of the GFI circuit it was plugged into. That took some detective work on his part but he got it done without rewiring and we are happy.

The job turned out to be more complicated than anticipated. The existing fixture did not meet code. Additional parts were needed and the technician went to home depot to pick up the parts.

Phenomenal experience - exceeded expectations. Jim was very professional. He came out, provided an estimate, i accepted, he started work immediately and throughout the process explained what steps he would take and why. He was meticulous in his work and sought my input to confirm that i was satisfied with the placement/orientation of the fixture. Couldn't have been more pleased with his service.

He was very friendly and professional and did a great job. He took his time to make sure the work was done correctly. We are extremely pleased. We will use Mr Electric in the future for any work we may need completed.

I have only good things to say about Mr Robert Facio. First of all he was very punctual and neat. He showed up right on time and brought shoe covers and a mat for when he worked inside. But most of all he was very thorough, knowledgable and honest. He even went out of his way to correct a few other items that were a safety issue at no extra charge. We will definitely request Robert to come back for any additional electrical work that is necessary. Also, Jennifer, who schedules the appointments, is very helpful and friendly.

The two person team was very professional and friendly. This was a challenging job that they completed to my satisfaction. The cost was estimated on site by a team member in advance of the job and they stuck to their estimate, a bargain given the complexity of the installation. I highly recommend.

I can"t say enough about Eric Mabry He went beyond the call of duty. The fan I purchased was defective and he waited for me to purchase another without extra charge for extra time. He was professional, capable and with a positive attitude. He did not rush and remained until j all jobs were completed.

John came out to fix the GFCI the same day I called for service and he did a wonderful job. I also had a surge protector added to my ac unit. He was very nice to work with and totally professional at all times.

Excellent. The actual installation cost was below the adjusted estimated cost. Eric also provided input during the initial estimate that made me realize that what I was asking for was overkill (and more expensive that what I needed). I would highly recommend Mr. Electric.

The technician Mauricio Orozco and I discussed what I wanted done, he spent some time looking at my house, provided me with a quote and then did exactly what I had wanted done. He was courteous and communicated well, was neat and cleaned up after himself. I'd call them back without hesitation.

They did a great job. They guy was prompt, put on slippers, was knowledgeable, and did everything that I asked him. The job was very neat and very professional.

Tom showed up roughly on time, and called ahead to let me know he was coming. Thumbs up. I needed a 220V outlet added to the garage. The outlet was on the same wall as the breaker box. The breaker box is outside, the outlet was to be on the same wall on the inside of the garage. I was very flexible on the location, whatever made it easier for him (and cheaper). He quickly understood and started to silently tap madly on his tablet. After a few minutes, he informed me it would be $780. After making him repeat the estimate to make sure I heard right, I asked him what was involved in that estimate and how long would it take him. He said 3-4 hours and showed me that he just inputs the work into the tablet and it comes up with the price. There's nothing he could do. He did offer the 10% discount that's listed here. That brought the quote down to the low $700's. He left. I started calling for another electrician. I found one that could come over that same day. When I described what I needed, and sent a couple pictures to him, he quoted me $125. He had two electricians come over later that day. They completed the work in ~20 minutes, and stuck with their estimate of $125. They received a nice tip, thanks to the experience I had with Mr Electric that morning.

The Electrician, Garret arrived on time and was very polite and personable and went right to work. As stated above, I already had the sets of lights so Garrett looked over the sets and explained to me they would be installed with small nails/screws into the bottom of my cabinets. As he progressed he had some problems with the nails breaking so he proceeded with some of better quality. The lights look very nice but it took a bit of time to get the work done so the cost was a higher than I expected it to be. ( I had purchased the deal on Angies List and I was a bit dismayed because some of the wiring was showing under the cabinets and under one of the cabinets the puck light kept going on and off. ) I called Josh and spoke to him about the situation and on the very next day Garrett and a co worker arrived and knew immediately what was causing the problem and it was fixed. I am most impresssed with Mr Sunshine Electric Co because they operate in a very caring , and professional manner and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied totally. Instead of not taking in to consideration my concerns of cost and quality of instillation the owner was right on top of the situation and informed me that there was a mistake made in the cost of the service and appoligized for the error and as I stated earlier, Garrett was out immediately to take care of the loose wiring in the light set. I was reimbursed for a portion of the cost I paid and made to feel that I was important to the company and they wanted to make sure their services were correctly done and proved that Customer Service was most important to them. Tom was the electrician. Work was uninstall the old unit and install the new unit. It was done quickly and professionally. I would use Mr Electric again. Job scheduled ahead of mine took longer than anticipated so Tom arrived a little later than anticipated. They informed me of the delay and I was OK with it.

Arrived promptly. Helped us find the best solution for cooling the garage. He did a great job.

He showed up and did the job and cleaned up all the mess!
