Sal and Albert did a very good job. The work was done well. They were courteous and cleaned up after their work as best as possible. They were on time and pleasant.

The underground pipe carrying the wires for the pool pump became corroded and the wires were shorting out. John did a great job of evaluating the situation and providing options. The price quoted was fair and he was very professional. John completed the work quickly and did a good job with installing the pipe along the roof line so it didn't look out of place. John's approach was consultative and I felt like he provided the best solution.

Installing the fan , he noticed bracket was loose and he repaired it so it would be safe. He was very clean and left area very clean. He also did electric box check, rewired other ceiling fan and checked GFI plugs.

While swapping out the old electrical boxes in the ceiling, Mr Electric made a total mess out of the surrounding drywall in the ceiling, and they kept my old boxes . . . I was told that the new ceiling fan would cover up the drywall mess.

First visit this year, electrician found and isolated portion of the circuit that was causing the problem, plus installed two exterior light fixtures at main entrance door. Second visit Installed GFCI's required to bring home up to code for resale and installed two exterior motion sensitive light fixtures. All completed at a reasonable as quoted price in minimum time. Technician extremely competent as well as personable. If I have other electrical needs, I will call on Mr Electric

I was notified ahead of time as to when he would be at my residence. Was here as scheduled, in uniform with all equipment required to perform the job. Note I supplied the LED fixtures. Was initially going to have 3 fixtures installed, but where I wanted the third fixture turned out to not be on a switch (hot all of the time) so canceled that portion of the job. Price was reduced accordingly. Note: Fixtures I supplied were originally plug-in, I choose to have them hard wired in. All work done expertly and efficiently. Received quote for electrical panel which I accepted. Initial down payment for that work was the cost of the permit to perform the job, which was extremely reasonable. Note: quote included manufacturer of panel and circuit breakers as per my request. Company will supply 1 of 3 panel manufactures, including Square D, GE and Siemens, all reputable manufacturers.

John Russo from Mr Electric met with us and we presented him with one large and several small projects we wanted done. He reviewed our requirements and presented us with options that we hadn't thought of for the large project. He then quoted the job, and having met with another company we knew that it was a fair price. He then scheduled the job for a couple of days later. He showed up on time, and did an excellent job. He was very personable, and we were totally comfortable with him. We observed some of his work, and it was apparent he knew exactly what he was doing. He made sure that we understood all aspects of what he was doing, and that we were happy with the work. He even called back the next day and checked to make sure that all was well. We have no reservations recommending Mr Electric to anyone needing their expertise. We will definitely use them for any future electrical work we need, and will specifically ask for him.

Fantastic! This is the third time I have hired Mr. Electric to install lighting in my home in a few short months. Always on time, informative, professional with high level of value for the work performed. I have been lucky enough to get the same professional each time, John Russo. John actually repaired faulty work done by other companies in the past, in effort to make sure the job was completed correctly. Mr. Electric was a dream to work with. I called them out to fix another contractors work. The day of the appointment, Mr. Electric sent me a text with a bio and picture of the installer (Kenny Lawrence). Kenny arrived on time and gave me a quote before any work was done. Kenny was very knowledgeable and personable. I felt very comfortable and I was confident that the work would be done correctly. Once the work was completed, Kenny gave me the bill and it was identical to the quote provided before the work was done. There weren’t any additional/hidden charges. Extremely well. Robert Facio pointed out all the issues and risks of aluminium wiring that caused the problem with the dead circuit. He should be other sockets that were starting to burn and how aluminium wire should not be connected directly to outlets and switches. The price for all the work done was very reasonable. I called two companies. The first company I called didn't return my call.. I strongly recommend this company.

My wife & I recently experienced a problem with one of our home's exterior GFCI duplex outlets (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter). As it turned out, we had two (2) GFCI's on the same circuit when we only needed one (1). One unit was replaced with a regular duplex outlet leaving just one (1) GFCI to protect the circuit which is as it should be. This was tied into our pool equipment panel and protected by an internal 20amp circuit breaker. There were a few other issues as well but the primary purpose of this "review" is to let others know how we feel about the service that we received from Mr. Electric. Our experience was, in fact, a very good one and the electrician, Robert F., was a pleasure to work with as it turned out. He was willing to listen carefully to our description of what we had experienced and then took the time to explain the possible causes prior to his actual trouble shooting. When he saw that I took an interest in learning the basics, he also took the time to explain what he was doing & why which proved to be an extra-added benefit. Robert has been in the business for some 25 years and his skill & expertise were equaled by his attention to details as well as a genuine concern for this customer's inquisitive mind. This was, in fact, our third experience with using Mr. Electric in the same home as on two other separate occasions I had outlets & switching installed in our garage/workshop area for both our garage door opener as well as power & a switch for my workshop lighting. Our other experience was when we needed a difficult to reach ceiling fan installed which also required some work in the attic to run the wiring. In each & every situation the work was performed by professionals who knew their trade & then some with outstanding overall performance & service as the end result. If you are in need of having electrical work performed in your home or business, we highly recommend Mr. Electric's service hands down. Well, I didn’t have enough time to trouble shoot smoke alarms.

Jim truly knows this business. He worked diligently to find the problem and then quickly came up with different solutions depending on my needs. Because I didn't know the outlet was there in the first place, I just had him disconnect it and cap off the wires. He showed me how water was getting into the circuit and showed me exactly how to fix it myself. Jim's professionalism and personality along with his helpfulness and the overall experience and cost will keep me as a customer.

It went very well. Mr. Robert Facio was very professional in every way. He was efficient, and able to answer all our questions. He made recommendations and explained them. He fixed our sockets, rewiring what needed to be done. We were very happy with his work and his manner.

Corey, the Tech, doing the installation, was professional, offered excellent customer service and went the extra mile that it takes to give Mr. Electric a five star rating. The installation was frustrating, difficult and consumed a great deal of time. Most others techs in this situation would have just walked away from the situation without seeing to it that everything that could be done was done. He contacted his supervisor who supported his extended time and follow through on this job. Would use Mr. Electric again.

Tina Torres did great work and was very fast and efficient

The inspection was thorough. However, After I got the report of findings, I asked for estimates in getting them fixed. When I got the estimates, there was no clear way for me as a non-electrician to map the line item estimate codes to the findings report. I didn't want to make all of the electrical improvements. I actually had to sit with my father in law who has electrical experience in his career for about an hour to understand the estimates. I thought for a $400.00 inspection, the quality of the estimate should have been much better. I contacted Mr. Electric over phone (I was annoyed I couldn't email them with questions) and asked to receive a report with findings in the report mapped to the estimates, they just resent the same report. Overall I found the report I paid $400 difficult to understand and confusing.

The technician gave an extensive explanation of the problem and suggestions and estimates for how the wiring could be corrected. The estimates for repairs were fairly priced. The professionalism was outstanding. I was not pressured into making any instant decisions about when to schedule the necessary work.
