We have a house that needed a lot of work to bring it back up to the standards in the neighborhood. Mark's guys hit it hard, worked fast and long, and did great work. After just one trip the place looked great. As they've come back, it's better than ever. Great crew and great manager.

Excellent service! James and his team arrived on time, trimmed the trees to our specifications (we do NOT like an over-manicured look) and cleaned up the entire yard. They were fast and thorough.

The work and service was excellent. On time, professional, and gave good advice on questions regarding tree maintenance as well. Another provider quoted use more than $200 to repair the leak plus wanted another $1,000 - $3,000 to replace the whole irrigation system. James did not recommend replacement unless we wanted it, but felt it wasn't necessary. Additionally the advice on tree trimming was great - again another provider wanted hundreds to trim and perform maintenance on our trees ASAP. James advised waiting. We will definitely use Mountain View Landscaping for all our future needs.

James & his Mountain View Landscaping team are great!! Our landscaping & irrigation needs are basic since we live in a rental property. Prior to selecting Mountain View Landscaping, we had received bids from a number of companies to perform the services we are required to have performed every two weeks; but most the bids we received were almost double the price of Mountain View Landscaping. James took the time to really listen and understand our rental situation and quoted us appropriately for the basic services we need. Also, James remembered to provide us with the Angie's List discount on our first invoice, without me even having to bring up the topic. I highly recommend James and their company services! We have been very happy with this company. Mountain View Landscaping performs both landscape and irrigation services.

After going through a few landscaping business, I think we found a winner. These guys are punctual, always communicate and do a ton more than some of the other guys out there. They took over a badly neglected sprinkler system and have since repaired all of the leaks and missing sprinkler heads. We had a previous landscaper and even though they told us they were taking care of the system, it was apparent that they never did. We had some plants that were underwatered as a result. Since we're using Mountainview, our yard looks great and we've received many compliments. They're also a bit below what we've paid for in the past. We really like the monthly communication on what's happening and what they are doing. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a reliable and reasonably priced landscaping service.

Left a message a week ago and haven't received a call back.

I had an emergency need to take care of our yard. We purchased a new home in Fountain Hills and needed someone to take care of the yard for us while we are in transition. James Bruzzi came to the rescue. His last comment to me was, "I'll take care of things for you... you can leave your worries behind." And he did. He took great care of the yard for us over a two month period coming over weekly to make sure things were watered and in good shape. I then had him install a drip system to take care of the yard ongoing and he did that in a very professional manner. I was very impressed with James and his crew. They did everything they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. The system is installed and running smoothly. James was confident and informative. He was always prompt and took pride in his work. I was very pleased.

They were very reliable and trustworthy. We couldn't be with them all the time so we had to leave them some of the time and they did the work well. They were responsive, friendly and professional. It wasn't easy, what we had them do, and they did it well.

James and his company are true professionals. They were recommended to us and we will surely recommend them to our friends. Great personal service from an owner is always appreciated, keep it up James!

My front yard was pretty full of weeds and tree debris and the backyard made a desert wash look like a well manicured lawn. I also have 9 tall Mexican Fan Palms that hadn't been trimmed in over 5 years. I called James at Mountain View Landscaping after finding his listing on Angie's List and he was very prompt in returning my call and in subsequently scheduling and completing all the work I asked him to do. He did a thorough and fantastic job cleaning up my front and back yards and in trimming back my pine and citrus trees. And while the palm trees were too tall for him to trim himself he quickly and efficiently made all the arrangements to bring in someone who could, and he oversaw that job from start to finish to insure a job well done. I am very happy with all the work performed, and all done at a very reasonable price. I found James to be very friendly and professional and very attentive and responsive throughout the whole process, and I will definitely call him again for whatever landscaping needs I have in the future!

We rent half a duplex in which we are responsible for the landscaping. The front yard had a minimal amount of weeds, but our backyard was a jungle. After losing my dogs in my own backyard because the weeds were that high, I decided I needed to hire a professional. But being that I'm not a homeowner and new to this whole landscaping thing, I didn't know where to turn. I'm always hesitant to call in the "big guys" for a small job. I joined Angie's list because I'm addicted to anything that gives me consumer reviews. I want to know the REAL story. Based upon the good reviews, I chose Mountain View Landscaping. Also, my husband and I like to support local business in Fountain Hills because my husband too is a business owner. We contacted James and made arrangements for an estimate the following evening. He arrived promptly for the estimate, was very friendly, very helpful, never tried to "upsell" me knowing that as a renter, I was trying to do the minimal amount of work as possible. He gave me an estimate...and I was shocked! SO REASONABLE! It actually kind of made me a little nervous. I began to think, what's the catch? He gave me the company brochure of their services. I was impressed by the fact that they do not use power tools, everything is done by hand to keep the dust at bay. They use all organic fertilizers, herbicides, etc. We arranged for them to come the following week. I was driving home from work the day they were to have come wondering.....I wonder what it will look like. I pulled into my driveway...into a miracle. The yard was BEAUTIFUL! I was literally speechless! It looked better than the day we moved in. My husband was actually home while they were doing the work and said that 3 guys worked long and hard for a good 2 hours or more to clean the yard up. I would HIGHLY recommend them and will recommend to all of my friends and family.

James was great to work with. We found his name on Angie?s List and it has proven to be a wonderful experience. We are only at our home in Arizona part-time and James made it very easy to work with from 1,600 miles away. He was always very willing to meet with us when we were at our home in Arizona. James understood our needs and listened carefully to what we wanted in our project. He was very clear on giving us estimates on the work to be completed. He was able to complete our project in a very timely manner so we were able to coordinate with the other work being done. He did an excellent job keeping us updated by email and phone calls, and even sent us pictures as the project progressed. When comparing Mountain View Landscaping with other companies, we found his pricing to be very fair. Our experience with James was better than any other service provider we have come in contact with in the Valley. We will definitely continuing to work with James Bruzzi in the future.

James is extremely communicative, follows through on everything committed do and does great work. I had him install some additional plantings in addition to doing trimming and cleanup work. He gave me an estimate, then did the work for less because the he got better pricing on the plants. He's the best!

chose name from Angie's list. We werenot yet living in house and trying to get work done from 2,000 miles away. They were prompt in coming out but did not do a good job the first time. Had someone check their work, called them and they came out for the 2d time and still didn't cut back enough, etc. In fairness, I believe it was a miscommunication and if we had been there things may have been different. Had to use another company to do what we needed.

This guy is just great! He?s on time; he?s efficient; his prices are good.
