I am extremely disappointed with this company and their lack of professionalism. We made a plan to get a quote on a certain day and time and we got no showed without any explanation of what happened. We delayed our plans and waited around for over two hours and there was no communication on their end for why they did not show. Still have not heard from them. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone that needs work done by a certain date/time.

I can’t say enough good things about Angel and his team. From the quote to completion of the project I was delighted with their work. In fact, they did such a great job, I decided to expand the project and continue pavers to the front entrance. Quality work, professionalism and reasonable prices - what more could I ask for? Nothing!

Angel was on time to give his bid on the job and he and his crew were on time every day. They were fast, friendly and good at what they do. They removed grass areas in the front and back yard and replaced it with granite. They built a 12 foot diameter brick circle with a mound in the center. They planted plants and put decorative rock in the circle. The masonry work on the brick is excellent. They cleaned up the job site and left everything in good condition. I can definitely recommend Angel Vasquez and his company Mountain View Landscape LLC. The quality of the work was excellent and the price I paid was very fair.

Angel did an amazing job. The requirements changed a few times and he handled them with ease. He was fast and his guys did fantastic work. The cost was incredibly reasonable. We are very very happy with our new yard. Would definitely hire again.

This is the best landscaping company in Arizona. From start to finish Angel & his crew were always on time, professional & did an amazing job. The job was done correctly & turned out better than I expected. I would recommend this company to anyone trying renovate or update their yard. 5 Stars all the way!

After removing our pool, we needed an entire backyard to remodel. Everything from new irrigation, patio, barbecue, lighting, tree planting, and all new sod. Angel and his crew were amazing! His attention to detail and his high standards set him apart from all others we interviewed. Workmanship and perfectionism are not to be beaten! We highly recommend Angel and will rehire him to do our front yard soon.

Mountain View Landscaping does very good work especially the clean-up. I have them complete Bi-Monthly cleaning (every other month), trimming, shaping and pruning of miniature palm trees. There was minor confusion with the initial estimate details that required re-reviewing to work out, but both sides came to an understanding that worked out fair for both. The quality of work was exceptional and was able to be completed with minimal impact to our day to day lives.

Let me start this review by stating, this is not our first rodeo – we have done several full yard landscape projects at various homes through the years. With that said, I’ll start by stating the scope of our project - we needed full front and back landscape, remove all shrubs, grass, plants, rock (kept large trees and cactus), needed all new drip system, paver walkways, front courtyard with pavers, paver spa pad, paver patio under orange trees, other paver pads, drainage pipe under grass from gutter, all new plantings, rock, boulders – you get the drift – a lot !! We started where we started in the past, bidding the project to a couple of design, build landscape firms. WELL, you can tell people are at home and working on house / yard projects (with Covid keeping us close to home) because these companies felt they could really jack up their prices. YIKES !! So we thought we would ask our landscaper Angel if he did this type of work. Mind you, we have lived here about 5 months and Angel has handled our bi-weekly landscape needs perfectly. I never really gave it an original thought to ask him. Well I am glad I asked him. His company, Mountain View Landscaping DOES handle all of this type of work (and more). Angel came over within days, we walked through the project and our ideas. He brought up excellent points during that discussion and helped us shape up the plan. I provided him a detailed list of what we were looking to do. He was quick to get back to me with a quote. WOW!! More than half of what the other places quoted – for the same scope. I did some checking on Angel and his company and everything checked out well. The neighbors at the end of street used him a while back for their landscape project and were very happy. Their scope was not as large as ours, but their place looked good. Some more back and forth discussion and another visit or two here at the house and we were ready to pull the trigger and get things moving. Angel said he would handle getting all of the materials for the project. What Angel soon found out was that we were very hands on. We were very involved with the project, and what I mean by that is I didn’t feel the need to watch his every move, he knows what he is doing, but the project took several turns/changes along the way because we changed our minds a few times. Additional items added to the list and other changes. Angel was very accommodating and never was upset by any of it. He kept saying “if that is what you want, we will make it happen” – and he did !! As I stated earlier, we have worked on several landscape projects over the years and interior remodel projects. I have to say, Angel and his team did what they said they would do, on budget and they were here every day working. No needing to call and see where they were at. No waiting for days for someone to show up. Angel was easy to communicate with and easy to reach by phone or text. He was here at the jobsite the majority of the time. In the end, the project turned out better than expected. Angel gave his recommendations along the way with the plan and the changes. We appreciated his expertise. The only thing left to finish is the painting on the courtyard wall, but the stucco has to dry/cure first. We have that planned for yet this week and I have no concerns he will get that handled. I have to highly recommend Angel and his crew – they were great, reliable, professional. Every day the job site was cleaned up (as best as possible) before they left. Gates were secured and equipment moved to side so it did not interfere with our daily use of the yard while under construction. Thank you Angel – we look forward to you continuing to maintain our yard – now on a weekly basis since we have so much new grass and plants. Before and after pics included below

I’ve worked with Angel for 10 plus years now. The most recent project was install of 9 new trees throughout the property, removal of old gravel, regrading of the front yard, and new gravel install. This was phase 1 of a 3 part project and I will use him for all phases. Angel’s company also does monthly maintenance at my house. He does quality work at an excellent price and I will continue to use his company for any future needs.

Angel showed up Monday (11/25/19) to give me a bid on a sprinkler manifold replacement, tree trimming, yard clean up and railroad tie removal. The price was extremely reasonable and I gave him the go ahead. Angel and his crew arrived on time (11/26/19 at 10AM) and got right to work. Two and half hours later, they were done and the job was great! His guys even skimmed my swimming pool of hedge trimmings after they were finished. I have two other jobs lined up (walkway pavers and major tree trimming) over the next couple of months. Angel is responsive, professional and economical. I highly recommend his company. I would give Angel and his crew and A+

So far so good. Looking forward to the completed project. After several let downs from other landscapers, Angel came in with some really fresh ideas for our yard that no one else had even suggested.

This is the second job Angel and his crew have done for us. Mostly tree trimming with some general landscape clean up. They were on time, and easy to work with. We have a large 5 acre property, and Angel understood that some of the trees only needed minor trimming while others needed major thinning and executed my instructions beautifully.. We were very happy with the work performed. These guys really work hard! Highly recommend.

Angel gave me a quote for removing grass, putting in new rock, some boulders, drip lines, lighting and trimming my large mesquite tree for the front yard. He asked me if I would consider using them if they did a good job for monthly service. They did the work within 2 days, and I was happy with their performance. They trimmed the tree as well, and did a great job. He is a good guy to work with and he gets busy, so be patient, most yard things are not an emergency. I had a few quotes to do the work, and liked him best, as he is honest and has a good work ethic. His guys come monthly now, and keep the plants trimmed and I text him if I want something specific done. I am now working with him to add another bolder and a plant and couple of other things. Do not hesitate to hire MVP as they are probably the most professional guys I have used. My yard looks good, finally. I would recommend this company and Angel is a good guy, makes good recommendations, and does not try to sell you on things you don't need. Scottsdale

We needed a lot of landscaping work including new irrigation system front and back, new gravel and desert plants in the front yard, install a river bed feature, remove a large tree that was starting to lean in the back, install a grass, three trees, and a ton of plants in the back, and install pavers along the back of the house. Angel and his crew did an amazing job. To provide the quote Angel listened as I described what we wanted...he was very easy to work with and provided great ideas on how to enhance and improve our design. Angel is a perfectionist and it shows in his work...very good job. Before getting the work done I got 4 other quotes, and although Angel was not the cheapest, he was very competitive, and he seamed like the most knowledgeable and capable to complete the job and make it look great! My wife and I are very please with it.

They did a nice job with the agaves, a decent job with with lantana bushes, minimal work was required on the citrus trees. Angel's crew was unable to fully remove the oleander bushes as had been agreed to at hire and never returned to complete it. The crew was fairly quick and appeared to do a decent job but afterwards I found that landscape lighting wiring was cut and drip irrigation lines were cut as well. I also found some areas had not been thoroughly cleaned up with parts of cactus just laying around on the ground. Angel wasn't exactly cheap and he did not complete the job and was not honest about returning to finish it. Nor has he returned a call or text to respond in over a two week period. I would not recommend and will not hire again.

We needed a quick turn-around for landscape removal. Angel responded quickly to our inquiry, gave a fair priced quote, his crew showed up on time, and was respectful to the property (having a large project, I have been dealing with many contractors that do not clean up after themselves, Angel's crew didn't leave a sign that they were there!). I plan calling Mountain View Landscaping for other jobs in the near future.

Very good! Angel and his crew work hard and do things right. Angel has always been trustworthy, dependable and on time. He has a good eye for landscaping and is very knowledgeable about irrigation. Regarding our Landscape Update: The new update to our large front and back yard area required some new irrigation and repairs to our existing system as well as planting over 100 plants, building new mounds, placing several boulders, transplanting existing plants, installing pavers, repairing a brick border and spreading gravel. He and his crew did a great job. Regarding our weekly maintenance: His workers do more than the average mow and blow (though I imagine he would do only that if mow and blow is all you need). However, I am a gardener with a large variety of plants that sometimes need special attention. Angel’s crew always listens when I have requests for specific gardening demands such as trimming, fertilizing and irrigation repair. He is great at lawns too. My lawn has never looked better. His prices are reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend him for small or large installations as well as weekly maintenance.

Angel and his team completed the work requested. They were very professional and the work was done on time. Angel kept us informed on the progress of the project and his team does excellent work.

Angel came when he said he would be there to evaluate our backyard needs. He is very reasonably priced and gave great advise on how to maintain the grass we had installed. We went from a dirt backyard to a beautiful Bermuda Grass yard. Although our yard is small he didn't tell us he didn't have time to fit us in b/c they are use to doing big jobs. He came to our house on Sunday to evaluate and he was there the Wednesday the same week to do the work. He is very professional and we are now using his services to cut our grass monthly. I would recommend him for small or big jobs.

As stated already, they did a beautiful job and we love it. Also very much appreciated how Angel fit us into their busy schedule so the work would be done before we had guests arriving. They left the area wonderfully neat and clean after thr job was done. We'd highly recommend Angel and MVLandscaping.
