Besides the cost being a little high, everything went well and it's a great garbage disposal

Moon Valley plumbers, Nathan and Alex, were amazing. Moon Valley was the second plumbing service out to make my rather complicated repairs. The other service left a busted drain pipe in my floor. Needless to say, by the time Nathan and Alex got here, I was rather distraught. They were kind and professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. told me how they would manage the repair and put me at ease. I could not be happier with their level of service, their courtesy and the care they took inside my home. They cleaned up every bit of mess and worked quickly and cheerfully. These guys are great ambassadors for Moon Valley. I hope I never need another plumber -- but if I do, my first and only call will be to Moon Valley.

The first two companies said they needed to replace our regulator and all the components, costing $750 and $1250. By the time Moon Valley Plumbing came to my home, I was expecting the same diagnosis and fee as the other two plumbing companies. I was blown away this time! When he came to my home, he actually checked everything! Found that a valve was stuck and made an adjustment. He checked every single water fixture to verify everything was working perfect. He was thorough and honest.... this company won my trust! Will use them in the future and highly recommend them!

It went well. It was just more costly than I thought it would be. They had to go get parts for my toilet and it cost more than the initial 125 for the package.

I have used Moon Valley Plumbing on several occasions and I am always very happy to do business with them. They have always been quick to respond to my problems. The plumbers are always very professional, seem to take great pride in their work, and explain everything thoroughly throughout the process. My questions are always answered with enthusiasm, as the plumber really seems to enjoy explaining his trade to someone who is interested in how things work such as myself. It feels good to have a great plumber who I know I can trust and will give me a fair price every time without hassle. I would highly recommend Moon Valley Plumbing!

The space for the water is in a closet in a hall. Not the easiest place to access. The old one had an emergency drain pipe but it had leaked into the family room anyway. When the plumber and I looked at it, we realized the water heater was too low for the emergency drain pipe to work. The plumber stopped at a building supply store to get some concrete blocks to elevate the new water heater to the correct height. He did not increase the bill. He worked efficiently. I did have a minor problem afterwards. They promptly came back and made the minor adjustment without asking for more money. I would definitely recommend them and get a bid from them for future work.

The first day, the plumber came out and snaked my clogged sewer pipe, but the snake hit an obstruction 40 feet out from the cleanout in the house (this was on a Friday). I made another appointment for Moon Valley to come back on Monday to use their scope to see the obstruction. It was tree roots! They hydro-lased the roots to remove the obstruction and mapped out run of sewer drain pipe to the road. I am extremely happy with their service, professionalism, and the cost for the work was very reasonable.

I called Moon Valley before and they had done a good job replacing my water heater. I have been having problems getting replacement parts for Kohler faucets. They are hidden under the sink. I asked if Travis could get parts numbers and I would order the parts to be replaced. He got on the phone and told me he is too busy to crawl under the sinks and didn't want to work for free. I had never mentioned money and fully expected to pay for his time. I will never call them again!

Nathan and Jason were extremely professional and provided a fair estimate of the cost of a replumbing and pedestal sink installation project. They removed an old vanity and repiped the lines for an ornate and very difficult to install pedestal sink (Kohler Ironworks model). The sink base was assembled incorrectly (we purchased it off Craigslist), however, we did not know this at the time. The initial team spent a significant amount of time trying everything they could to get the sink level on a base that was misaligned. When the installation couldn't be completed correctly, the owner of Moon Valley Plumbing sent another technician to help us trouble shoot the problem with the sink base assembly and re-install the sink - FREE OF CHARGE. This team is honest, professional, and genuinely attentive to their customers' needs. They walked the extra mile with us... a rare experience. We were very impressed with the quality service and immediate responsiveness, and highly recommend this plumber.

When they came out, I didn't agree with what they said needed to be done. The two young gentleman that came out, tried to tell me that the problem was coming from a different source other than the sewer line. I didn't think they were very knowledgeable in the type of work that needed to be done. Since I didn't agree with them, I thanked them for coming out and asked them to leave.

We had other quotes, and Moon Valley Plumbing's prices were good. They showed up on time, did exactly what they said they would do, and they were able to get it done in 1 day which was amazing. We would recommend them highly.

When I called for an estimate they were very prompt to send someone out. Kenny was the person they sent and from the moment I met him at the door he was friendly, informative and enthusiastic about my bathroom remodel. He explained the whole process and gave me an estimate and time frame for my job. He was punctual, neat and very meticulous in his work and in the clean up as well. He addressed all my concerns and requests throughout the project and had the best work attitude I have ever seen in any plumber or tradesman for that matter. I would highly recommend Moon Valley Plumbing (and Kenny) and will only use them in the future. He did an excellent job and I love my bathroom remodel!

Horrible experience. Go with another plumber. This was the worst I've ever used in Phoenix.

I called to set up an appt and Kenny called back in 10 minutes due to cancelled appt and was able to do the job right away. He was fast and did a good job. Price was reasonable to similar work I've had done in the past. Due to reviews on Angie's list and the good quick service I received, I will be using Moon Valley Plumbing in the future!

Overall, this is a great local company with people who we've come to trust.

They've done various jobs for me at my home and at a rental property and I've always been pleased and impressed with the results. They are prompt, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable. Communication is good. They have replaced a water heater, fixed a couple of toilets, replaced a laundry room sink, and various other jobs, all done well.

We had a glitch in getting access to the shut off valve that was in a neighbor's garage. He was patient and professional as we tried to deal with the neighbor and find a way in. We then had to wait until the next day to finish the repair. He was courteous in calling ahead of time, he was punctual and he got the job done in less time than he had originally estimated. The water is running again. As far as I can tell, it's going OK without a leak. Time will tell. But I have faith that this company will follow up if there are any problems associated with this project. Note: I gave the company an A on price but, in all honesty, I haven't checked around with other providers so I don't know if the price is high, low, competitive, or none of the above.
