Description of Work: Stopped the leaking of the hot water valve in the bathtub by replacing both valves (hot & cold).replaced an outside valve (bib).

Description of Work: Cleared two drains, returned two days later to clear yet another at no charge! Very professional service, especially respectful and responsive to the needs of my elderly mother.

Description of Work: After researching exactly the water heater we wanted, they ordered it. When it came in they called promptly and scheduled an appointment to install. The serviceman who came was extremely kind and knowledgeable and had the work done within a few hours. They also helped us with a facet that had been giving us trouble for some time. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased a service to replace a hose bib through Angie's List but I requested that they install a ball valve instead of the normal gasket or gate valve. Moon Valley indicated that it would additional charge of $10 for the ball valve which I agreed to. They gave me updates from the job site indicating their arrival and again when the job was completed. The subsequently called me just to inform me there was tax associated to the additional charge. I appreciated their complete honesty and reliability in letting me know the final cost and performing the work as scheduled. I will be using Moon Valley Plumbing again.

Description of Work: They installed a Kitchen faucet. I have a rental home in which the kitchen faucet broke and was inoperable. I needed the faucet replaced asap. Another company had a deal on Angie's list for $100 for a kitchen faucet install. That company could not come out until Thursday(this was Tuesday). Moon Valley indicated they had a plumber in my area on another job and could be at my home with in the hour. They estimated the price to be $175-$185 to install the faucet I had already purchased. They would not match the price from the other company. I called a couple of other company's but ultimately called Moon Valley back and hired them to do the job, since they could complete it shortly after my call. I think the price for the install was high, but because of their quick response I thought it was worth it. The plumber called me when the job was complete and was courteous and explained what he did. He had to supply a connector for the R/O system because the faucet I purchased had a different size connection. I was not charged for the connector. The final price was $175 plus tax.

Description of Work: They were able to clean out our sewer line to the street which another plumber spent all afternoon the day before trying to do unsuccessfully. Our backup occurred at 1am and they were prepared to come at that time. They are very professional!

Description of Work: The gentlemen unplugged the bathtub. Also checked the kitchen faucet and the water pressure to the house. Told us what to do about the water pressure. It went great.
