They arrived quickly, found the problem right away, showed me the problem and fixed it.

Opened a service request at 6:30 AM on Labor Day and received a call from Mechanical Brothers at 6:59 AM. Set up a time later in the morning between 10 and noon. The service tech, Salty called at 9:45 to say he was on the way. He arrived at 10:00 and found that we only had a blown circuit breaker. I thought that while he was here he could service my two A/C units and he told me they did not need it given their age and the quality of the brand we had installed. He charged me nothing after spending 30 minutes at my house on a holiday!! Seems like a great company and I will do business with them anytime we need heating or cooling service.

The first tech that came out missed obvious freon leak and problem re-occurred. 2nd tech that came out found source of leak almost immediately and repaired. Also replaced freon at a discounted rate since problem not fixed the first time. If you check around you will find that these guys have the best standard rate on freon. 1/2 the price of competition for my Trane unit.

They called backin within 5 minutes of request, and arrived within 1 hour. The service call was way below any other and no extra charge for a Saturday at 5:00pm. The unit needed freon and was blowing cold air within 15 minutes. Very professional and polite.

The repair seemed expensive for a fan motor. $600

He fixed it and the cost was really reasonable. All options were discussed before the repair. I absolutely would do business with them again
