Set an appointment up to have the air conditioning unit serviced, appointment time was set for1pm to 3pm and the tech showed up right at 1pm and performed the work requested, didn't even try to up sell me like so many contractors do.

The tech was quick and knowledgable. He diagnosed the problem quick and even showed me where and how the problem was occurring. He even came out well after other companies would call it a day. I would highly recommend.

Don was out here within the hour of me calling. Had no cool air and was dying of the heat and I have MS plus it was 7pm. They didn't charge me extra cause it was after hours like one company was going to do. He quickly found the problem and they are very honest so I highly recommend them!

I was impressed by the very fast response to my inquiry. At best I thought that I would hear from someone the next day with an appointment within a few days. Within minutes, I received a call and set up an appointment for later that evening so that we would not be suffering with no air during AZ June record temps (and that was at their regular service call rate). The tech called before he showed up (around 9:45) and quickly diagnosed the problem fixing our issue. Excellent customer service. It's been 2 weeks and our air has never worked better.

Fast, quality work, and nice guys. I had my AC out, it was 91 degrees inside. I got a call, they said they were up the street, and will be there quick. They fixed the AC, replaced the bad part, and then spent the time to verify the AC was not only working but working correctly. They did a great job, and charged a reasonable fee. I would recommend them to anybody. Nice knowledgable guys too.

They repaired the air conditioner with the minimal needed. I appreciate that they did not pressure me to buy a new blower motor that may go bad someday.

Came out the same day. Worked with me as i got the money moved around to get the ACON fixed. Installed and working in hours. A few day after installing my ACON i was having a problem with my thremo Salty sent one of his guys out the same day and the problem is no more. Thanks Mat and Salty the house has never been cooler.

Very fast response to our needs. Jose was very courteous and polite. He diagnosed the problem right away. We had to replace the entire outside unit and this was completed in under 6 hours. Able to get service on Saturday

My ac was not working. Salty checked the unit with no fault found. He found that the breaker was tripped. There was not charge for this service. My embarrassment must have shown.
