We had Mechanical Bros. out 4 times to fix the AC. Each time they had a different reason for the AC not working. In the end I had two different companies come out and look into the problem and both found that Mechanical Bros. fixed non-issues and did not fix a leak in the freon. They were also rude when we brought up our concerns. Do not use these guys.

I did not have work done. Paid for evaluation of the problem, about $60.

They arrived quickly, they have a 32 ft ladder which is a must for getting to the Compressor Unit on top of my building.The problem and the repairs were explained in detail, the repairman was intelligent and told me all of my options for repair on my older AC unit. Thankful I chose to use Homeadvisors again !!

I was surprised at the speed in getting the appt, and that they were out here the next AM, even though it was just for "Pre-Summer" checkup. Glad we got it done, since there were some parts that were in need of change, since the system is from 1990, the age of our house ! BUT it also shows that they dont make stuff like they did back then.
