Overall I was pleased, the only issue I had was when he needed to go get a part, I thought he was going to come right back, but he ended up servicing another customer first.

Arrived on time. Gave a second opinion that was not the same as the first which had recommended a replacement costing labor of $1125. He topped up the refrigerant level and will come back in 3 weeks to see if 410A levels are still up. If not, he will look further to see if he can find a leak and possibly repair with "Quick Fix" if it is just a pinpoint leak. Sammy was friendly and certainly not trying to charge me the most $$ he could. He was a breath of fresh air compared to the first opinion technician. Charged only for the 2lbs of 410A and no service charge!!

Joe came out within the hour. Discovered the problems within a few minutes. Everything was explained in detail and the work was scheduled for the next day. Matt installed the new A/C, very professional, explained how everything worked and cleaned up after himself. Very happy with the response, the workers and our new A/C!

The company came out on time and it only took about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem. He got here at about 5:30 and did the work. I was impressed completed the work that night after dark. Matt was a great professional, awesome guy. I will always hire them for A/C repairs in the future.

The man knew exactly what needed to be done once the problem was explained. His dispatch was told of the issue but this info was never passed on to the tech, so he had brought in equipment he didn't need, time was needlessly lost because of that, only negative I saw. Work and tech were both great. Will reuse if and when A/C service is required.

Power surge happened and a/c stopped working. Called them up and they came and inspected it. Said nothing was wrong, A/c had something to protect them from that. Very honest company, others would have probably made something up to charge $500. A/c is running fine now.

I think these guys are good guys, but I was not happy with the cost of R22. $65/lb is too high. I suspect other contractors will charge the same. I do not know, I am a novice. If they did however, I would be less than ecstatic with them also.
