I was really pleased with the fast response and very honest repair. The technician fixed the problem with no exaggeration or drama. I have had other company's try to sell me a whole system when I just needed a motor. Great experience.

Joe came to the house an hour earlier than promised, assessed the problem and got my unit running again. He did not have the parts needed to make a permanent repair, but promised to return Monday morning after the parts store opened. H arrived earlier than promised and put in new parts even though I was not home. He was polite, competent and professional.

One of my A/C units quit on a Friday night. I requested service early Saturday morning. They contacted me quickly and were at my house in a short amount of time that morning to fix the issue.

Very professional We are awaiting parts to complete repair. While awaiting parts, another service person from the same company came to house and discovered a different part was the problem. Repaired unit and saved us $665. We would not have known this except for the honesty and integrity of the company. Strongly recommend.

Unbelievable great service in every aspect. I'm a single woman executive and critical to have helpful, honesty and integrity. Exceeded expectations in all these areas.

I am not cheap but I get a little miffed to pay almost two hundred dollars for a job at takes twenty minutes to complete. The people that I dealt with were great but value for the money was not so good. I was charged a hundred and fifty dollars for a capacitor that sells for maybe forty dollars on the open market. Oh well, it is going to be 96 today so I am glad that they got the air conditioner working, even if it is only used to cool the garage. I would call them again if I had a problem and hold my breath when I was handed the repair estimate.

Sammy was the most polite,professinal and personal pro. He looked for the small problem first. I was told by another company my blower motor was out. Nope! I had a cap in my blower motor that prevented the cage from moving!! Fair and honest man this Sammy is. I will be using mechanical brothers every year for maintaining my unit..thank you Mech.brothers!
