I discovered Salty and his guys several years back after a string of bad experiences with others over 20 years. They are reliable and their pricing is fair. Last week my unit went down. It was 20 years old and it was time to replace it. They were here an hour and a half after my call and put a bandaid on it to get me thru the weekend (at no charge) Monday morning they were here and replaced it. This is how they roll. The two best things I can say about them is they don't hire summer help who have certificates but can't keep a job. Their people are year round and on the ball. The other thing that impressed me was any time I have called on off (nights /weekends) hours the person who has always answered the phone is the guy that that owns the company. You just don't see that level of service anymore. I recommend them anytime someone brings up the subject of household A/C

This was the only company I talked to that had a ladder long enough to reach the roof of my 2nd floor condo. Technician arrived ahead of schedule and replaced a broken transformer and melted wires quickly and for a fair price. Communication was excellent. I highly recommend.

They checked on my fathers a/c same day, made sure it was working. It was the hottest day in AZ, another a/c company went to ck on it and said he needed a new unit, that was not the case. Only 2 relays were needed to get his unit up and running. I would definitely recommend Mechanical Brothers, 5 stars ⭐️ in my book!

Matt was extremely knowledgeable and fixed the issue. Price- High but good job

The service reps were good and efficient. Replaced a Honeywell damper motor. This is a part that costs no more than $125 retail. Total with labor $530 less sr discount of $480. Part didn't come in a box and didnt see the defective part when the rep left. Leaves me with questions. After service call charge deducted part cost $432. I can handle a reasonable markup but this was beyond reasonable!

The man came out assessed the problem, gave me a price quote and performed the repair. The house started to cool within an hour.

Showed up quickly and made the repair without it costing us a fortune.

Clean work

Expect poor communication and complete disregard for scheduled work times if you hire this company. They were supposed to come Tuesday morning. Tuesday afternoon I find out we need to reschedule. Reschedule to Thursday morning by 9a. At 11a I find out the truck was broken down but they are on their way. Guy finally arrives at 3p and says they are sorry for being a little late.

I called on a holiday weekend. They came out the same day and fixed the issue in 30 minutes, They did not over charge me. Matt the tech was very helpful.

It would be good if they followed through with getting steps done to complete the actual project.

Previous company had quoted minimum of $1800 just to test our system. Mechanical Brothers found a chewed wire and a blown fuse. Fixed our AC in less than 30 minutes and charged less than $150. Very easy to work with and everyone was so pleasant! Highly recommend!

Very efficient and professional in getting the work done and knowledgeable with what heâ s doing. Answering all questions and concerns regarding the trouble with my AC. Recommended electrician for other issues beyond his capabilities and being honest.

Prompt and thorough

Salty gave us a quick once over following a failure by one of his techs to show up. Didn't try to sell unneeded services or replace working condensers like so many do. 3rd time we;ve used Mechanical Fros & satisfied overall.

AC went down on my rental home. After many calls Mechanical Brothers was able to check out the challenge the next morning. Their communication via text and follow up calls was the best I have experienced. The unit was 20 years old, needed to be replaced. Pricing and appointments discussed and 4 days later they installed a Trane. I would highly recommend them.
