The service was prompt,courteous & reasonably priced. This was done on a Friday,I had to call back the same day about a problem that wasn't completed to my satisfaction,he was there bright and early Monday morning and the problem was solved.I'd hire this company again.

The owner was very polite and professional on the phone. The response was fast. The tech wasn't super friendly, but also wasn't rude (granted it was very hot outside). Quality of work was rate a 3.5 because it was very rushed - like there was somewhere else to be. Also, I saw him drop a screw into the coil area that he did not retrieve or replace (it secured the metal cover to the side of the AC unit). "Value" was rated a 2.5 because the AC repair and two additional AC "tune ups" took approximately 30 minutes total and the total cost was over $300. I've never had a tune up accomplished that quickly (each AC system took ~5 min each, and cost $49). I didn't rate lower because the owner was very polite and professional, and the AC unit DID get fixed. However, I felt that the price was high for the work involved and that I was likely short-changed on a couple of hurried tune ups.

Response time was fantastic. Communications between homeowner, rental tenant, office staff, and field personnel could have been better; first appointment time made was missed but failed to inform tenant so some time was wasted waiting for no-show. However, once the ball got rolling installation of a new HVAC unit went smoothly. Couple of small punch list items needed to finish the job but the AC was back up running for the 107 degree days.

Mechanical Bros. are very knowledgeable, very fairly priced and very honest. They gave me honest feedback and didn't try to oversell me anything. They are the best AC guys i've deal with so far in the 5.5 years i've been in AZ! I especially appreciate that they told me the truth when i gave them a pricing sheet from another AC repair service. They looked over the prices and straight up told me that nobody charges anything close to what this busines is asking. (If you're wondering, the AC repair business that was trying to gouge me for money is Baker Cooling and Heathing). I love Mechanical Bros because they are a family owned business that cares about family, and they truly came through for my family! I've already planned getting some more work done by them!!
