Good work performed.

It turned out that all I needed was batteries for my thermostat, but the tech offered to also check out the unit while he was there. Turns out everything was in good working order. He was on time, friendly and courteous.

Amazing all round service! After calling multiple other companies (who weren’t available or accepting new customers), I used Home Advisor to schedule Mechanical Brothers. I had appointment scheduled and technician arrived at my home within 3 hours. I was even called by the company to confirm details and contact info. The technician was quick, knowledgeable and very professional. He was able to troubleshoot the system and have it restored in less than an hour. Additionally, he didn’t try to sell unnecessary equipment! Overall, wonderful experience.

I called them for an A/C unit check & coil clean. They could have charged me hundreds of $$. Instead he had the integrity & honesty to tell me the unit was in great shape & only asked $39.99. They have found a customer for life!

I originally wanted an estimate but they won’t do it over the phone. Then you could get a call charge of 40+$ . I got them to wave that charge in lew of service. The work was satisfactory... but but service tech had to clean inside of outdoor unit and had no shop vac. He asked if I had one. ...lol...no. Work was ok, but I could the same from about anyone.

I received a call straightly after I put in my request on Sunday night. I was told that Matt would come out to my house first thing on Monday. Shortly before they arrived I received a call from Matt informing me that they were on their way. They were very professional and very helpful and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

My tenant was pleased. They were on time and completed the repair. I like them because they went beyond the usual AC company made me aware of and repaired some things the previous AC company did not.

Joe was our technician and was super helpful. He called us early because he was ahead of schedule and offered to come earlier if we were available. My husband was very impressed with him. He showed Joe the inspection report that prompted the visit and Joe was quick to explain what was wrong and what needed to be fixed.
