this was the best experience i've had with any repairman. my a/c was working within 10 minutes of his arriving, and i wasn't left with the feeling "i was ripped off, again." i will recommend this company to everyone.

Customer service lady was really nice you got me in same day within an hour or two. Joe came in and did what he had to do to show me what was wrong and was out within 20 minutes. Nice and easy.

The HVAC repairman found the problem quickly diagnosed other issues that were beginning to fail showing and explaining as he went thru the checks. Quick, courteous, professional, I would recommend to my neighbors anytime. Will hire again for maintenenace soon.

Had another company out 3 times and didn't fix it. I called and they came out, worked for awhile and died again. Next they send Matt out with a fellow co-worker. He fixed it!!!!! Can't say enough good things about him. He found all kinds of problems that the other company should of done and lied to me about. I highly recommend this company. Matt and whole crew stepped up and did an emergency service got a Lennox older unit part and had it running in less than 24hrs!!! WOW try to get anyone in an attic on the hottest day and get parts overnight no hidden or extera charges and discounts for my Husbands service in the Army! GO ARMY OUTSTANDING! Thank You and God Bless all for that!

They came the day I called & got the job done.

Sammy is a real person who knows what he's doing and cares more than you would expect. After 2 other A/C Co. and no results, Sammy arrives and 1 hr. later, it's fixed. He has called 3 more times in 2 days to make sure everything is working right. They have my business from now on.

The rep showed up 2 hours early. A bit of an issue with my spouse.

They were great. They were prompt and did the job well.

Very friendly, fast working and competent repair man. But it turned out expensive due to high price of Freon R22. But overall a positive experience to work with Mechanical Brothers.

Owner Salty has a great business model: be totally honest, don't up sell unnecessary projects, do not cut corners, and give the customer a good and fair value. I am extremely impressed with Salty and his installation crew. I replaced a16 yr old unit. The unit was under powered (3.5 ton for a 1600 sq ft home. The prior company has always tried to get me to add duct work and move the unit to the center of my roof. a 15K job. Thankfully I resisted. Salty said all I needed was a 4 ton unit, the duct work and location of the unit was fine. He never tried to up sell me and convince me I needed to spend any extra money like the a/c business (a large local business with lots of commercials tried to). Also the final cost of a brand new state of the art 4 ton unit with 5 year labor and 10 year parts warranty was $350 less than the invoice in 2002. The install crew led by Matt were totally super. Work quality outstanding. Rerouted for me the condensation drainage pipe so it no longer was routed through the attic and above the ceiling (potential water damage). Routed new PVC and joints to spill off of roof and out of harms way. no extra cost. Swept/cleaned the entire flat roof area of leaves/debris where the unit was installed on their initiative. I am super happy that Mechanical Brothers is my heating and cooling vendor. Totally trustworthy and totally fair. Also office staff Ambrea is always friendly and helpful and registers for you the warranty paperwork required and emails the documentation to you.

I am deaf and they were very flexible and willing to write down information. I have had some businesses come to give me a bid and the sales person would get frustrated by my request to write rather than talk.

The guy that came put to do our initial estimate didn't give me the most confidence of how thorough a job Mech. Bros. would do. But Matt and his team installed our brand new HVAC system and did a great job. Matt explained everything that was going to happen. They forgot to seal the P-trap (it was a long day) and we caught it right after they left. We called the main number and they came right back to fix it. Their price was the best of the 4 companies we had give us estimates. I think we'll stick with Mechanical Brothers to service our new system for years to come!

I mistakenly hired them again after service back in Sept. '17. This experience was better, but I still can't shake the residual feeling from the last service.

Prompt service on a persistent repair issue. Matt and his assistant did a nice job replacing the coil, they were neat, clean, explained everything they were doing,.....then did it promptly at the agreed price. Also nice to see that the owner, Salty, follows up on their service jobs. More owner should follow this lead and talk to the clients, it makes a difference. Would hire again and recommend as well.

They rescheduled my appointment window without telling me. When I called because the repair man was late, they did send him.
