They wanted to charge $39 for showing up and looking at my unit. This money doesn't go toward repair, its on top of it. They also charged $225 minimum 2 hour charge even though it took him 10 minutes to replace blown capacitor. Not sure if this is standard, but my main guy who charges 60 to come out per half hour was booked.

I had an after hours AC problem and received a call within five minutes of sending my request. Appointment was scheduled for first thing the next morning. The tech showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. The issue was resolved in a very timely manner. I would recommend this company to others.

Knowledgeable, on time courteous service man who explained and showed me what the problem was and what he needed to do to fix it.

I looked up the prices of the parts the tech suggested and found they were fairly cheap. Granted, when you call someone out, they need to know how to fix it but to charge so much for what took maybe a half hour total of checking things out and a few minutes to install said parts is what is so maddening. This job should have been half, or even a 1/3, of what I was charged. I can't and won't recommend a company that over charges its clients. I feel CHEATED. Tech is friendly and knows his stuff. Not his fault, probably, that the bill is so high. I should have looked up the parts before giving the green light to install. AC works. Dogs are much better for that.

Wow! Very pleased! I received almost an instant call back when I requested a quote on the home advisor app. They made arrangements to come out to my rental house and updated me throughout the whole process. Very professional and very accommodating. Steve the technician was superb! Really! Gave me updates and kept me in the know. Really knew his stuff. Same day service!

I called about my ac not working and they showed up on time and did what they could. Unfortunately I will need to replace the ac unit.

The tech was nice but we have realized that the tech did not do anywhere near the checking of the unit that he should have. We now have another tech from another company here and he is checking everything so that he can give me a complete understanding of what needs to be done. The original tech put in 4lbs of Freon and said I needed to have work done again without checking anything.

Had a little trouble with the scheduling but the technician was efficient and fixed the problem right away. I would definitely recommend this service for any future repairs. They are efficient and knowledgeable and took care of the problem right away once on the premises.
