This company has the TOPS for customer service. TOPS for workmanship. Technician was informative, efficient at diagnostic and repair. I would HIGHLY recommend Mechanical Brothers to friends, family and coworkers!!! TOPS in my go to book.

Quick and thorough

I called Mechanical Brothers Heating &Cooling for A/C blowing warm air because the high rating on HomeAdvisor. The office responded quickly and scheduled appointment on the same day. The technician (Joe) went to my house and and told me that the A/C will need more refrigerant but he did not see any obvious leaking. He pumped 3.7 gallons refrigerant and told me it’s working. However, after 5 hours, the A/C is still struggling to work and we have to move out to a hotel. I have another company come to check the next morning, it was apparently leaking in the coil sitting in the attic! I called Joe back and asked if he went to attic to look at it before he pumped refrigerant, he said he did but did not see the obvious leak. Obviously, the leaking was there for a long time but he did not even go up to the attic! It cost me $377 for nothing! I would not recommend this company for any work in the future because the dishonesty!

Quick install of a/c unit, Matt fixed problem with unattached air duct in attic. I felt customer service failed in two areas. One, no mention was made about finance options available for a new unit, and no follow-up contact has been made regarding registration which was stated they would handle. Temperature calibration with new unit needed checking.

Mechanical Brothers was very quick to respond, courteous and informative.

This Service Company is outstanding. The appointment was made in less than 12 hours! I contacted them late at night, and the technician arrived at 9 AM, as scheduled, the next morning. Amazing! The Serviceman, Joe, was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. The service call was only $39. The repair, although a common issue, was reasonable and it was done in a timely and efficient manner. Overall, this company is OUTSTANDING in every respect. I am very appreciative.

After some confusion as to scheduling a service call, Joe showed up within the hour, was extremely courteous and professional, and had my a/c working again within minutes of his arrival. I definitely recommend Mechanical Bros and won’t hesitate to call them again!

They are always on time, confirm your appointment and are friendly and courteous, I made an appointment with another company and they did not confirm did not show up in the window and sent me a 89.00 invoice I guess for the privilege of speaking to them. I recommend mechanical brothers to all my friends and family
