Tech arrived early & was thorough & courteous.

Unfortunately he came on a cool day and did only voltage checks. No cleaning or Freon checking. Tried to see if he come back when it was warm to finish full service. Unfortunately he did not get the hint. Took him longer to bill me then check a/c. Just a side note smelled like alcohol he step in to my disable elderly mothers room and she could smell it also. Nice enough guy and explain why he could not do testing but I called for service. I was checking air on inside with my temp gun. He was surprised I had my own to check temp coming out of vents. I don?t like writing reviews like this but I have to be honest sorry

I had Mechanical Brothers come do a tune-up om my A/C units. Sandra was able to get me on the schedule for that day! Joe arrived on time, did the tune-up and showed me things that he found that I should keep an eye on. Great customer service in my eyes. I will be calling on them again! Thanks.

They came within 45 minutes of my call. They discovered the problem immediately and it was repaired quickly. The technician, Joe Decker, was very nice and very efficient. I would definitely recommend them and I will hire them again when needed.

Low cost-good work-on time

With a few hiccups after the new unit install, all is working well. I believe I've received the product at a fair price and the install techs were professional and quick. What sours this transaction is the customer service. With no heat on Sunday and trying to have someone come out for service, the customer service rep did not recognize the urgency. I've yet to receive the registration/warranty info after a phone call and email... still have to follow up.

I explained what the problem w.as, the repairman replaced the bad wiring, reprogrammed my thermostat. he price was very reasonable. thanks

They were quick to respond to my inquiry and setting up an appointment was easy. BUT they DID NOT show for the appointment and DID NOT call. When I called the next day, I received excuses but not an apology. I set up another appointment, the service guy arrived but wasn't friendly. I kind of like to know what's happening to my system and he wasn't thrilled about sharing the knowledge. He did do the service and fixed a problem. He was fairly quick and was prepared. The price was acceptable also. One more point they could work on, is cleaning up after themselves. There was a bit of a mess from him getting in my attic. Not absolutely his job but is a nice touch when they're tidy. And finally, I was to receive an emailed receipt describing the service and what was fixed. That never arrived. Overall, I'm happy with the repair/service but I was definitely NOT IMPRESSED with their customer service.

Work was completed quickly. It was recommended that I go with a different replacement part, which I agreed to and it seems to be functioning well.

I spoke with the owner to schedule my appointment, he was helpful. The tech they sent out was late, almost an hour. I was having trouble getting air down a long reduced duct. I asked if he needed to go in my attic, it was hot that day and he said he didn't need to. It felt like he just didn't want to get hot. I told the tech that I had considered putting in a half ton unit if a Can-fan or booster wouldn't work. He just said, ya, I'd do that. This would require over $1000 of electrical to be ran across the house to have a half ton unit. He was at my house for less than 10 minutes. They charged me $39.99 to show up and repeat what I said. They didn't give an additional option or opinion. He wouldn't look at my ducts in the attic because it was hot. Maybe I just received a bad tech, but I did not move forward with the company.

Came out on a Sunday too check out my ac unit.Very happy with the price
