They are not the cable company, they show up early, lol. I thought a little pricy but I guess if you need the AC fixed and they can fix it you have no choice. My service guy came in diagnosed the issue right off, told me the price & how long it would take. My AC is working and that was the goal. Thanks again Joe.

Mechanical Brothers contacted me immediately with an ETA for the technician and then updated me when the technician was en route. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly, offered options, and quoted a fair and final price. Work was completed and the system was up and running within an hour or so.

Steve was very professional and the new air conditioner was installed early the next morning. The project was done excellently and the cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

Responded quickly, the person that call to set everything up was nice , helpful and answered all my questions. The tech that came out answered all my wife s questions since I was not home and was nice to her and helpful. Will be using them again in the future.

The service was prompt and professional. The repairs to both units were explained and I was given a choice about options each step of the way. The value of the service was five star!

This company is straight-forward and takes care of what needs to be done. General service fee is waived if additional repairs are needed. I got bid from three different companies. Mechanical Brothers does NOT jack up the price only to turn around with a special discount 'just for this week' like some other companies will do.'

Our A.C. went out here in Phoenix on an over 100° day. I jumped in Home Advisors told them the problem. I received a text telling me they'd be here in an hour and a half and actually came in 45 minutes! I asked them to wait an extra 15 min til my husband got home or it would've been sooner. Matt came in, found the problem and got it fixed right away. All of this ... Online search and repair was complete in just under 2 hours!! I am very pleased and amazed. I'm also nice and cool tonight!!! Thank you Matt and Mechanical Brothers.

Tech was able to explain what the problem was and had the parts on his truck to fix it.

The service tech came on time and serviced both of my heat pumps. They are cooling perfectly.

Excellent customer service. The technician came out the same day and gave us a diagnosis and quote. Their quote was half of what another company quoted. The technician explained what we needed and what we didn't need to replace resulting in a significant savings. The work was done at our convenience and on time. This is an honest, great company!

Joe kept in contact through multiple reschedulings (our fault.) Was promptly on time with en route notice. Quick, professional inspection resulted in system pass with no repair needed. Will definitely call Mechanical Bros again when it's time for HVAC servicing.
