They came out to review some work done by another company that had been defective but they were not able to do the repairs because the other company was responsible for the damage.

Timely response and excellent install technicians who pay attention to details. Installed a new AC split sytem in a few hrs and helped program and explain the new thermostat. Systems working like a champ. Highly recommend these guys/gals.

Very good and easy to deal with

My air conditioner went out when the temperature outside was over 110 degrees. The person who estimated my project came to my home and was able to provide me with an estimate and education on the types of products. Not just the ones that they provided but also different brands. I was going to have 3 companies come bid my project before signing. Their estimate was fairly priced for the market. The service was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and concerned about make sure we weren't suffering in the heat. The lead time was completely unexpected, I expected to have to wait for weeks but they were able to find a unit for me by the next day. The owner of this company and his team took care of us. I have recommended them to my friends and family. I would definitely call them again for their other services.

The rep knew exactly how to fix my air conditioning problem...and examined why it was not working! He told me how to position all the vents and doors in my home to achieve the best comfort and maintenance of balanced air conditioning throughout my two story home. I would recommend him to any one with any cooling or heating issues. He was quick to respond to my call for service, very pleasant, and entertained any and all of my questions. He also showed me how I was wasting energy And spending too much on my electric bill! Kudos to his service and expertise of airconditioning....most of all his honesty!..

My ac went out and he came right away and within ten minutes he had figured out the problem and fixed it. My air Is working fine now.

AC went out in the middle of a heat wave - I called two separate companies first who were busy enough they had to put me on a wait list. Previous to now I've had multiple technicians tell me that I'm out of Freeon (I'm not) - that the AC unit needed to be replaced (it doesn't, not yet) I placed a call to mechanical brothers and within 15 minutes they had a technician on my roof assessing the problem. No mention of needing freeon - no sales pitch about a new AC unit - just a simple "Here are the problems, here is the cost." About 2 hours later, no hassle, no bullshit - they had my AC fixed, new parts and all. Would highly recommended these guys.

We bought a home with 3 older HVAC systems. We reached out for quotes from 4 companies in the area. 2 of them didn't show up. Mechanical Brothers not only returned our call promptly but they also came out to do the estimate quickly, and they communicated very well. When they came to do the estimate, they actually tested the equipment to determine what was wrong with it. The other company just looked around and gave their best guess. All 3 systems were 30+ years old, and they needed to be replaced. Mechanical Brothers were able to get 3 replacement units and schedule the project within a few days. They were able to complete the project (replacing 3 full HVAC systems) in a day and half, including having to deal with a very tough installation in a really small space in the attic. Their guys (Steve in particular) were professional, considerate, and efficient. They were careful to protect our flooring during demo and install. Not only did they do a great job, but their price was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend them.
