The repairman came in a very timely manner and everything went well. He did the repairs immediately and was very nice to converse with. I appreciate that he was concise and personable.

I have had other ac companies always try and sell me stuff that I didnâ t need. Joe suggested I get my coils cleaned soon. I felt he was not pressuring me at all. He was on time and did a great job.

Unfortunately I couldnt reach our regular AC guy, so I had to go with Mechanical Brothers because it was so hot outside. After the job was done, my AC guy called me (finally) and he told me, for the job what they did for $595 he would charge me $450. It was a smaller fix. For replacing an AC unit it could be thousands more what should be. Dont go with this company if you dont want to get ripped off.

I liked and was impressed by their speedy service, courteous and helpful attitude, their knowledge and professionalism as well. They certainly have earned any future work should I ever need it.

!st time in over 10 yrs, a repairman didn't come down and make a problem sound like the A/C was failing and needed repairs now. The repairman from Mechanical Brothers Heating & Cooling gave a great report, seen something, but said was not a major problem yet, just an FYI. I actual spent under $300 this time for a check-up on my A/C!! Integritting at last.

Everyone was nice and easy to deal with. They finished the job in less time than indicated.

I set up an appointment for a very hot day. They contacted me in the morning informing me they were running behind schedule. I assume they were dealing with an unexpected emergency. My issue was not an emergency. I was happy they gave me a heads up as early as they did. The repairman seemed very competent. The price was more than fair. I will consider this company when replacing both my central A/C units this year.

they came out same day replaced motor for fan - they did find out relay board was not working and received a call for the office manager and solved any complications are satisfactory customer service
