Not going to use them again. Was a little dubious it took 10 minutes to do 40-point inspection, specifically asked to check for leaks. Thought it was part of tune-up. My mistake,however I asked them to check for leaks and let me know what it would cost extra. No leaks or plugs apparently. 3 weeks later huge leak, damage etc. So bad luck on my part or did the tech miss something. Do not know but I do know the company rep called me and then tried to argue with me about the rating. Got very unprofessional and I hung up, so what ever benefit of the doubt I gave them is done.

Technician was honest and the cost was as he indicated.

Pre-emptive service checkup on our twp heat pump units. No problems identified; the units were about 4 1/2 years old. Will pursue an annual maintenance program with Mechanical Brothers.

Despite being late in the day, Joe was efficient, clear, and fair. AC was up and running in less than 30 minutes.

Had a repair done but then the tech found other problems so I had to replace the entire unit. I had to eat the first repair cost. Not sure if this could have been avoided.

We called this companyvfirvavsecond opinion on our a/c issue. They came out and diagnosed the problem. And then we never heard from them until I called and asked for the estimate. I was told I would have it by the end of the day. That passed and I had to call again. When I finally received it, it was just a total number...no breakout by labor and parts. I asked why and thet said I would get that when the job was complete. We scheduled the repair for the following weekend since we both work from home and have dogs. I received a call 20 mins before their arrival time stating that the part had not arrived. They said they would call me back in an hour to reschedule. 6 hours later...no call. It's a good thing the a\c kind of works in 110 degrees otherwise it's doesn't seem these people care that it isn't working. It has been almost 2vweeks since we discovered the problem and who knows how much longer we have to wait.

They arrived at my house estimated the problem and told me what they would do to fix it. They are very professional and courteous I would recommend them to anyone with ac problems.

I have only had the opportunity to use this company once. I was very impressed with the skills of the technician and was actually a little doubtful that he would fix the problem within 30 minutes., But after waiting for several days I come to know that he did correct the problem and I have had no more problems with my AC unit. It takes time to tell how a company is overall with all their technicians but I can rate the service man that I had as top-quality.

Very professional, my a/c went out on the evening of July 3rd! I had a call immediately after contacting home advisor from mechanical brothers. They were at my house 8:30am the next day (July 4th) repaired the a/c unit quickly at a very fair price. Well done on a holiday I highly recommended them
