Came and went before I could talk with tech directly. This was for a home purchase inspection. Report was written words at bottom of an invoice and lacking depth. Had to call and talk to tech for clarification of report. Guess I was supposed to just accept words on paper without conversation or clarification.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, our Service rep went above and beyond . Will continue too use this company . Thank you

I went through Home Adviser. Posted what I was needing. They called shortly after I posted. Explained what my problem was. We talked, he gave me a quote. He said they could have someone out late afternoon or the next morning what ever worked for me. I told him the next morning would be fine, being I wasn't currently using the heater. Next morning they showed up at my appointment time. I explained to the serviceman what was going on and what I had seen was the problem. The serviceman went on the roof, saw what the problem was. Came back down, talked to me that the problem was what I thought. Went and got his tools came back. Showed me what he was going to use to fix my problem. Explained what he was going to change, That the other company had failed to do properly. He was done in a short amount of time. I was charged what I was quoted. I am very happy with the job and the serviceman. Will be using them in the spring for a checkup on my 2 units.

They came out within a few hours after contacting and had the part on the truck. It was fixed in 20 mins and all was good. Fast & knowledgeable!

Recently bought a house built in 2006. Many things were original including the AC Unit, but we knew that going in. Was hoping to get at least a few summers out of it before we had to replace. Overall the AC worked great. Last night around 3AM we noticed the air conditioner did not sound right...Just a humming sound and the house was starting to get hot. Jumped onto HA around 5AM and requested quotes. Our call was returned pretty quickly by Mechanical Brothers. I explained we had an elderly person living with us who was on oxygen, and although it was not in the 100s at the time that we needed someone to come out as quickly as possible. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they could send someone out THAT morning and be there between 8-10. That was the first positive, again unexpected in-fact my wife reached out to a different company that she saw on our local community blog as a recommendation and they told us they could be here in 2 days. Matt was our service guy, and he was amazing. Diagnosed the issue in 5 minutes and had our AC running before I could even come out to see what was going on. He showed me that it was just a capacitor which cost about $100. I was dreading facing the fact we may need to buy a new AC for $10,000. He also recommended that we install a Hard Start kit for about $200, but that was up to us. He explained in these older units this will help ease on startups and potentially extend the life of the Unit. I agreed and all in all the service was complete in about a half hour and cost under $500. He also showed me how to clean parts of the AC (again) to help keep an older unit running, and other things free of charge. With all that being said, we could have opted out of the Hard Start Kit and ended up up paying under $200 for the visit the part AND the repair which I think is a very reasonable price, and at the end of the day with the 1 part AND the kit, I still find the charge honest and reasonable. ALL in ALL one of the BEST experiences I have had with a company. When it comes time to install a new unit, I will definitely be calling these guys!

They came as promised. Fixed problem, Matt did great job informing me of issues and what else could be done.

The 1st service man gave us a quote of $750. I called that evening and said I wanted to proceed with the repair. The 2nd service man knew nothing about the 1st visit or the quote. He said the 1st man had been fired the night before. He gave a quote of $1,500. The repair couldn t be completed for 4 days because the part had to be special ordered and it was the beginning of the Labor Day weekend.

They showed up within two hours of my call

Extremely quick and friendly! Put my request in at 4:00 and they were at my door at 4:45. Fixed my AC in under 20 minutes. My house is back to being cool!

They did a good job.

From original call to completion of work was a mere few hours. Joe Decker came out to my house and was just fantastic. Professional and courteous from start to finish. Nothing can I remotely find a complaint with.

Excessive charge for a ten minute fix...blowing out a condensate drain line...$185.00 gotta be kidding!
