I can not recommend mechanical brothers heating and cooling enough. They were on time, polite, with competitive pricing! They did great work, got my ac (that Iâ ve been having trouble with for years) running again like new! Not only did they do great work, but they answered all my frivolous questions with a smile and didnâ t make me feel silly at all. Two thumbs way up!

Salty, the Owner wasted no time in evaluating the problem and asked if I wanted to fix it (and thereby save some $) or let him do it. He then fixed the problem in an efficient manner and offered advice on how to prevent future repairs costs.

He quoted me $485 to replace motor. He said he is putting the best quality Motor. When he was done and collected money and gone, I looked at the motor he installed. It is available for $69.99. For a job that he should have charged not more than $125 (including parts and labor) he overcharged me by four times!

We hired them originally to do an ac tune up which they did well in. They were on time and told us we needed to replace a part. So I called the next day to schedule a service, 5/2 from 3pm-5pm was the time slot given. Unfortunately, no one showed or called to say they were late or not coming. I called at 6:15pm to ask about an update on their arrival. The woman who answered tried to reach out to Steve but couldn't get ahold of him. She assured me that she would let me know if it was confirmed or if they needed to reschedule. By 8:15, I had recieved no call and no one showed up. I have a 5 year old and wanted to start slowing down. I called the main number and a different person answered. Again, I was not given any notice on where they were or what was going on. I canceled all together. This is unfortunate because they seemed really nice when they came out to do the tuneup and wanted to give them my business. I just would have appreciated some common courtesy on status of arrival.

They were honest, courteous, efficient, and clean. They were on time and were understanding of our financial constraints. They told us what our options were and said that, if our choice did not work (as we took the less expensive option), they would work with us to see that we got a good deal at the next level of work.

The guys did a great job with the yearly check up. Very polite and professional. Mechanical Bros are now on speed dial! Thank you to everyone involved!

Salty responded quickly and was trusting and fair. Think I found my go to AC repair service from here on out.

We had Salty come out in less than 24 hours from submitting our request. He was timely and texted us his ETA throughout the day so we weren t waiting around - great customer service! He didn t try to oversell us on anything and did great work. We ll definitely be using them again and recommending to friends.

Salty was honest and transparent with what we needed. He made sure we had a cool house as fast as possible! We highly recommend them!

Felt overcharged by the guy that drove up in a dirty dented van, smelled like he took a whole bath in cheap perfume, and struggled to open the valve of the recharge tank to service my unit.

Technician was professional, Courteous , and answered my all my questions . I will probably hire again to check out my heating systems in the fall. I would use them again for any HVAC issues.
