They quickly found my issue and recommended the necessary solution.

I called this company to check out my AC unit. They said it was leaking at the evaporator core and charged the Freon. They said they would have an estimate for replacing the evaporator and another for the entire unit the next day. As soon as they left the AC was not cooling again. They charged over twice the going rate for the Freon charge and I have never heard from them on the estimates.

This company is very professional and explained everything that was causing the issue in layman's terms. They were able to complete the work within 4 hours of the call on a Saturday! I would recommend this Mechanical Brothers to anyone looking for an honest company.

I put in this request at 7:00am and got a call within 10 minutes from Salty. He gave me an appointment between 2-4pm but was able to come 3 hours earlier. Very nice and professional and got the job done so my kids could be cool. Would definitely contact his company for any future services.

I requested a quote at 830pm and within 10 minutes I had received a call. My ac went out and I have a 5 year old and an 8 month old. Thankfully they were able to have a technician come at 6:00am the very next morning to repair our ac. Extremely professional and quick to repair the ac on the spot. Highly recommend.

Very responsive and caring company

We came home from a friends house a little after midnight and our a/c wasn t working. I received a call from Mechanical Brothers a little after 1:00am and was thrilled to hear they could have someone out at 9:00am...on a Sunday...in peak season. Salty came out, he was fast, knowledgeable and fixed our a/c in less than 30 minutes. Fair pricing and excellent service, we ll be using Mechanical Brothers for any future heating or cooling needs!

He came out on a Sunday morning at 7:30am and knew the problem in 5 minutes. Fixed the problem in an hour.

Matt responded quickly and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and make recommendations. I would recommend them. Excellent customer service.
