The America's Comfort team was professional, responsive and diligent. They went out of their way to sustain my failing unit - including a midnight emergency service call (thank you, George and Sami). When it came time to replace, they offered a very competitive bid and, based on my experience to date, I chose them without hesitation. They began the install the same night! Wonderful team; I'm looking forward to using them to maintain the new unit.

Original quote was for one hr work. Because the work took 15 min. the price was lowered accordingly. Very fair. Serviceman was very polite. He arrived well within the timeframe I was given. I am very satisfied and will use this company again., if needed.

Salty was great, he diagnosed the problem right away. Also educated us on how to keep the unit clean and free of dust and dirt. He replaced the capacitor and the unit started right up with out issues. I have waited 1 week since the service call and the unit is running great without any issues. Thank you

Salty - was the only repairman to call me back the same night I imputed the request. Asked if I needed him to respond to home right away. Chose to wait till next morning at 7am. Arrived promptly, calling before arriving, fixed problem that he could at the time, put dye in system free of charge to find leak. Will definitely do business in the very near future... They came quickly and knew exactly what the problem was within a very short time period. Told us what part they needed and replaced the part right away. Gave us the price, We paid it and that was it. That simple. It was a pretty reasonable price. Since we used their service, they waived the estimate fee.
