My house is spectacular, I love them! They told jokes and they were so personable. I even left for a few hours while they were cleaning and when I came back the house looked so wonderful. I trust them and I am planning to use them from here on out. Their cleaning was VERY detailed. They cleaned everything from the ceilings to the baseboards and everything in between. The price was a little more expensive for the first time but it was absolutely worth the cost and it will be less expensive moving forward.

It's sad to say, the quality depends on the crew. There were numerous occassions where I would need to reclean something like shower doors, or behind the toilet or other areas like inside microwave, etc. Floors were never cleaned well and hair could often be found in corners and behind doors. There was one crew that did a great job, but with a detail checklist service, the quality should be consistent regardless of the crew. The fee was fair, but I was home on several occassions when the time paid was not put in to cleaning. Management was always helpful, friendly, and professional and willing to accomodate, but too many instances resulted in a change in service.

People do not waste your hard earned money on useless workers

I had famiy coming into town for the holidays and wanted to have a good house cleaning done because I was so busy getting everything done. I found Maid of Honor on Angies List I sent them an email on Saturday and even though they didn't work on weekends, I got an email response on Sunday. I then got a call on Monday morning. They were really busy for the holidays but they were able to fit me in the following wed. I was given an estimate on the phone based on my house profile. I was told that it was an estimate based on the size of the house. I chose the spring cleaning as I wanted a good clean - even if that would have take more time and cost more money. I was given an estimate of $270 - $320. This was expensive for me but I was desparate and really needed the house clean for my family. They arrived -at 8:45 and left at 12:30. About 11:30 I was called saying that they weren't able to finish. They had not started on the 4 bedrooms. they had 45 minutes left - they asked what I wanted done. The woman explained that even if I wanted to pay extra money they didn't have time to stay and finish the job. I said I wanted a basic clean on the bedrooms and a deep clean on the office bedroom. I didn't hear from them again so when I arrived home I expected it all to be clean. When I got home there was a bill for 368.00 with a note on the bill that said sorry we didn't have time to finish. It wasn't until I called that I learned that none of my bedrooms (except the office) had been cleaned at all. I realize I was in a jam and wanted to just get it done, but I didn't even get the bedrooms that my guests would be sleeping in. Had I realized that it they would not have had time I would have had the general clean done. I was called the next day to apologize for not finishing. I was asked if I was blown away with what was done and I said no. There was a film that handn't been cleaned off my kitchen counter and dried cleanser on the bathroom counter. I guess I expected that if I paid over three hundred dollars, that my house would be completely clean and perfectly so. It was not. It was fine, but not what I expected for all that money. They did squeeze me in but I would have preferred to be told that they couldn't finish my home so that I could have hired a cheep service. I got 15dollars off for Angies list and when I talked to them on the phone I was given the 10 dollar 2nd visit discount. So I got 25 dollars off and ended up spending $ 358. That is a lot of money for me and while they did an okay job. I expected more for the dollars. The people were very friendly and polite in the office.

Overall the girls worked very hard. Did an excellent job!

The ladies arrived promptly at 10:45 am (they were scheduled between 10-11). They introduced themselves and brought in all of their supplies. The team lead consulted with me on what they were doing that day. DeAna and Danna got right to work .. and 3 hours later I had a sparkling clean house with even the most minute details applied. I know they had a job ahead of them because I'd been in the house since May 2009 and though I've done routine cleaning that we all do, but there were things like cleaning the microwave and wiping down my baseboards that never seemed to happen all that often; There were many things I just found myself never getting around to with a full-time job and busy life in general; I will have them back monthly :) Maids of Honor have brought "quality" back into my life. Thanks so much!!

The office managers were really responsive and polite and the service was always excellent. The only downside is the price as they were higher than many other companies. They sent out two cleaners for each service and the house was cleaned to my satisfaction.

Service was thorough and professional.

We were very unhappy with their work. Items were left incomplete and management was unwilling to rectify the situation. As a result, we had to pay our staff to clean unfinished work. Maids of Honor was unwilling to adjust their bill accordingly. We will not be using or recommending Maids of Honor in the future. Thank you.

I had one issue with one person who was very unprofessional, but aside from that everybody else was very professional. I would use them again.

We used Maids of Honor to clean the home we bought before we moved anything in. A crew of three showed up and went to work. Almost every item is the house was dusted, wiped, or washed. Some of the porcelain items (i.e., sinks) were so badly damaged that we did not expect much. I cannot say these finished looking like new (which would have been impossible without magic), however, the improvement was astonishing. So, we have a well cleaned home to move into.CT

The job was meticulously done! The girls worked very hard and did not waste any time at all. They were within the time and cost estimate that Kim had quoted me over the phone the day before. My home is about 1600 sq ft, and it took them 4hrs 45min to complete, but, again, it was a deep cleaning that obviously hadn't been done in a long time. While they might not be the cheapest company you can find, if quality and honesty is what you are looking for, THIS is hands down the company to go with. I won't use anyone else!

Please see above... Also, the cost was high but this was a true example of "you get what you pay for". We are going to use them on a 3 week - monthly regular basis. I like the fact that all cleaning services are defined in their brochure, and broken down into detail. I will be happy to update you regarding their future visits.

We are so happy with the work Kem and Gwen did and we will definitely be using Maids of Honor again. My search for a cleaning service is over and from now on I will only use Maids of Honor. I highly recommend them!

I spent about $500 a month. They came twice a month and cleaned my house. They were very thorough. If there was something that was not done correctly, they would listen to my input. They were very professional, too. I would use them again in the future.

The overall service was exceptional.

We have MOH on a biweekly service - and though the price may be a bit higher than other quotes we received, they have been worth every penny. We've found them to be flexible, expedient and a pleasure to do business with, and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for maid services.

They were very good. It is either 2 or 3 girls that come out and do the whole house. The price is fine. When they are running late, they always call to tell us. They are very professional and they are good girls. They are coming next Friday.

The office staff and the cleaning staff have all been very professional, pleasant and great to work with.

I had the service one time when my cleaning lady was out of town. It was something that I wasn't used to. I would hope not to have them do the service again. I like working with one person, one on one. They were courteous when they came in. I had specifically said I wanted English speaking people to be here. I think 1 of the 3 spoke okay English. The others were Spanish speakers. They did break my coffee flask and left a note. They made sure that I knew that I could replace it and they would pay for it. I'd had some people in to do some cleaning and it just seemed like 3 people were here for an hour and a half for $130. My house didn't look that different when they left. I'm just more comfortable with a different arrangement. I think it's the best way to save. My cleaning lady came back to town. Their price was high. They were punctual. I would like to use something other than a professional service. It just wasn't for me. It's nothing against them. It would not be the way I would solve my problem the next time.

The girls (3) arrived on time as scheduled. They were thorough and completely cleaned my home from the showers, sinks floors walls, mirrors, kitchen appliances everything!!! Great Job would Highly recommend.

Overall the work was excellent,but would have liked bathrooms deep cleaned each visit. There were times when the maids left where the shower was not cleaned or the floor not mopped. The maids were professional, quiet, honest and typically had my 2300 sq.ft. home cleaned within a two hour timeframe. I highly recommend them.

They are fantastic. They come on time and are fast They are reasonably priced.

My issues are not with the cleaners rather with the company policies! The cleaning crew arrived on time and went through the house quickly and efficiently. It's the company policies that lost my business. First of all the cleaning crew did no better job than any other cleaning crew and were almost twice the price. Then there are endless policies such as tardy fees, cancellation fees, and absolutely everything is an extra! The cancellation fee was the strangest~~whether you are cancelling 48 hrs in advance or -2- weeks in advance you still pay the fee. For as costly as the service on the front end, I was surprised to find that the costs went on and on and the tail end! We used them 2 or 3 times and would not use them again.
