They were great. I had no problem with them. They have done a great job. They have been very responsive. The price is excellent.

They came and cleaned while i was at work. I was completely comfortable with them in my house while away. When i arrived home, the house was cleaner than the day we moved in.

There were two cleaning ladies both did an excellent job. I didn't have the whole house cleaned, as I wanted to keep the job to under 3 hours. They worked on the priorities as I set them and worked efficiently for the time they were here. I was impressed with the detail of the work, getting corners and cleaning until counters and surfaces seemed to shine. There seemed to be no shortcuts. Very good job. I do feel the price was high, but am likely to use them again.

Maids of Honor is by far the best home cleaning service I have ever used. The ladies at the office work very hard to understand your needs. Best of all, the cleaners are so incredibly thorough. We had absolutely nothing to complain about or correct. Our house was left truly spotless each time. When we ran into some budgeting difficulties, the ladies were able to come to an agreement with us on modifications to the service so that we could continue to afford having them come to the house. I would recommend them to anyone. Wish I could bring them with me to LA.

This company is professionally owned, managed and staffed. We have used Maids of Honor (MOH) for 2.5 years as of this writing. We get their services once per month. Although we were initially hesitant to employ such a company, we soon learned that their performance was exactly as advertised and that their trustworthiness was beyond reproach. They provide a service, but they have become friends as well in doing so. We have never been disappointed, and we would recommend MOH without hesitancy to anyone. The charges are not cheap, but they are fair considering the level of effort. If low price is your only goal, go elsewhere and you'll be taking your chances. If quality and reliability are your goals, go with MOH.

Maids of Honor has done an excellent job every time they have cleaned my house.

Cleaning done as scheduled. They come every two weeks. I have been using Maids of Honor for eleven years, so they are obviously doing something right!

Maids of Honor has been cleaning my house for almost 15 years now and they always do a great job. I notice in some other current reviews complaints pertaining to their management but since I've originally and mostly dealt with Cathy Sandberg, the owner, I haven't had any of the issues that were raised. The cleaning is always thorough, I asked for a call before the weekend before they are coming to clean to remind me and they are very reliable about calling and about their schedule for my house! The rotation of the "deep cleaning room" works really well and makes their rates affordable as well as keeping my house clean and looking cleaner than the frequency of cleaning would suggest!

Stop! Look no further for a cleaning service! This review is from an anal, detail-oriented, OCD home owner-- AS USUAL Maids Of Honor is simply the best! I have used MOH for 25 years, both on a regular basis (when kids were young and living at home) and on an occasional basis; most recently upon returning to Phoenix after a summer away. After driving 20 hours, the very last thing I wanted was to walk into a stuffy house that needed cleaning and sheets that needed changing. Not only was our home spotless from ceiling fans to baseboards (and smelling fresh to boot!), but the team went above and beyond and readied the patio!-- Swept and hosed the flagstone, washed the sliding window, polished the wood furniture, cleaned the glass-topped table and replaced the cushions on the metal frames (they were in the garage), etc... I ended my l o n g day with nothing out of place in a picture perfect home and slipped between clean, cool sheets! Maids of Honor is my hero!

Sure glad we found Maids of Honor -- we've been using them for several years now. We've tried several different services in the past, but Maids of Honor is definitely the best we've ever had. They're thorough, pay attention to detail, listen to (and implement) any concerns or requests you might have. And all of their personnel that we've encountered are polite, courteous and friendly. Their 'system' just seems to work!!

They do a very thorough job of cleaning my home. My wife never has to deal with house cleaning and this relives a great deal of stress from her since she is a perfectionist.

They've been doing it for several years and they do a good job. But they're raising their prices and I am only going to have them over one more time. They do great work, but I only have partial cleaning done and it just sounds too expensive for me. What stands out is their quality, specifically the laminate floor -- they do a much better job than I ever can. They come sometime in the afternoon. Every once in a while they have been late, but usually they come around one or two.

It was just fine. The way their program is set up is that we have done is they have a predetermined number things that they are going to do and they deep clean or spring clean one room or area. They use their own products and their own vacuum and there have been probably one or two occasions when somebody calls in sick or something, then one comes alone. They usually always have a pair and one of them is designated as the lead and then their chores are broken down to who is going to do let's say the kitchen and then the floor surfaces and we always have them change the linen in the master bedroom and then they set about to do that. I'm very pleased with them. Of course I would like they we could always have the same ones, we do have some that have come repeatedly and I like that best. The owner has come to do training when they have hired a new person here so the owner has been here at least once to oversee how they are doing and make corrections in what she sees. They always call a day or two before to make sure we'll be here. I have had occasions where we've had unexpected company coming in and I wanted to change the date or have to cancel or change they have been very pleasant about doing that.

Our experience with Maids of Honor has been hot and cold and we started using them on the recommendation of Angies list. In the beginning they were brilliant but now they are not as good. I have a large house and they complete it within one and a half hour. In the beginning they would send 3 people but now they send 2 people. the cleaning crew kept changing so I hardly ever had the same people coming over to clean. I am going to look for somebody new for cleaning services. They were last here in March and the approximate cost was $160.00 and during that visit they were 3 people who completed the job in 2 hours. The services they provide are mopping, sweeping, cleaning Inside and outside. Sometimes the staff who come in don't do the work they have come to do but start talking and complaining about their personal issues and that is totally wrong. I will not use the services of Maids of Honor in the future.

I would not use them again. They suddenly decided that the girl was spending too much time here and they wanted to increase what I was paying them. I had animals here and they love to play with my animals so I have to take out the animals. I said words and told them not to come anymore.

They worked for about six hours and two people were doing the work. Their service is great and they did a really thorough cleaning. They are a little more expensive but they are well worth it. I can trust them and I am very pleased with the quality of their work.

Everything has gone as they promised. They call and let us know when they will arrive and keep to their appointment. The work is very high quality.

The ladies were on time, very organize, very prepared. They divided the chores and got down to business. The house never looked better!

Excellent quality clean, but scheduling leaves a LOT to be desired. I chose Maids of Honor because of their reputation for good communication - and unfortunately, the assurances I was given initially turned out to be false. Based on the initial sales pitch I received, they indicated that they could reliably clean my home every 2 weeks, between noon and 4pm. This was my only real requirement: I work two different shifts, and did not want to be woken up when they arrived early, or forced to go work elsewhere when they arrive late. Unfortunately, despite assurances that they could and would clean my home between noon and 4pm twice a week, on only their second scheduled clean I arrived home to find that the two ladies scheduled to finish at 4pm had, in fact, just started - at 4:15pm. As a small business owner I recognise that things change, and problems happen - but I also understand the importance of living up to pre-sales promises - or if that's not possible, to at least let the customer know ahead of time so they can change plans if needed. I recieved no phone call or indication that they were running late, and it was made clear to me by Kim that this was due to a breakdown in communication between the maids and her (the scheduler). As someone who has to implement these kinds of procedures in my own business, I am disappointed that such a lapse was allowed to happen - and I hope that this review gives them an opportunity to improve things in the future for others. Maids of Honor were quite a bit more expensive than the other alternatives I was considering (and the girls that have come out to clean have always been fast, effective and very thorough), but sadly my only requirement was not fulfilled. I would LOVE to give them a full 5-star glowing review, but alas - things fell apart before they were able to attain that high standard. They are pretty responsive to contacting them - A few times I've called at 4:45pm and critical members of the office team have gone home, but generally when I've called them during business hours, they've picked up the phone. They do respond to emails, and they show pretty good attention to detail: at one point, Cathy assumed I was a monthly client and sent an email that didn't seem to make any sense, which was followed up 30 minutes later with a correction. Good work. Some things that I would recommend for people looking to do business with Maids of Honor: 1) Always call them, don't email or leave messages. Things get lost, and several people respond and handle your inquiries - always make sure you talk to the same person and don't have others 'leave messages for when they get back'. There is, unfortunately, no system in place to ensure that things don't fall through the cracks. Make sure that they understand what you are telling them! My recommendation for how Maids of Honor could improve this would be to define policies on leaving and processing messages that all office staff adhere to, or to use an automated system designed for just this (CRM (customer relationship management) software such as SugarCRM is ideal for this, and makes it effortless and automatic). 2) Don't book them for an afternoon slot unless you're going to be away for several hours longer - their 'done by 4pm' rule is actually a guideline, not a rule, and it's also unrealistic to expect that they'll be able to get your house done on time if things change. Staff get ill, cars break down, jobs take longer than normal - you should expect to be flexible, because they're sadly not. My recommendations on how they could improve this would be to come up with better guidelines for when cleaning staff should notify their scheduler of things going wrong - this way, affected customers could be at least notified to prevent inconvenience (in my case, not being able to work for an hour while they finished). 3) Don't rely on them for 'regular' commitments (eg biweekly) - unless you're flexible enough to let them chop and change your scheduling days and times based on their seasonal demand. My scheduled day was changed twice by them due to seasonal busy periods (Thanksgiving and pre-Christmas), and this required me to respond to their email to get it sorted out. This was fine and they were responsive to getting it fixed, just it's useful to keep in mind that because they are oversubscribed, regular commitments like assuming your day won't be moved don't apply unless you insist on it. My recommendations on how they could improve this would be to either invest in Human Resources (ie, hire and train more staff), or to be more realistic about the work they commit to during busy seasonal periods. The time they 'skipped' two cleanings was time that I would've been paying them for work they're doing anyway - there's nothing wrong with turning away business if marketing is not your bottleneck, but then again I did so voluntarily at their request because it wasn't inconvenient for me so I can't fault them too much for this. Overall, if my needs were not specific and I could have my home cleaned any time or day of the week, Maids of Honor would be a great 'premium' solution that would give quality second to none. Unfortunately, that's not why I signed up for them - and despite pre-sales commitments of 'book and forget' scheduling and 'reliably cleaning my apartment between certain hours' neither of these things turned out to be true in reality. I know you can do better - organization and procedure is key!!

I have to remember how everything went because I am writing this review extremely late.However I can say I was completely impressed on how quickly The owner Cathy responded to me Very quickly from the moment I emailed her,and coming from a person like me whom is used to calling handymen,painters, and contractors when I get quick responses like that it is usually a sign of how well a company does business.Not only did the owner Cathy respond quickly but also a woman named Kim emailed me quickly and was ready to answer my questions and schedule the cleaning.Now when the women showed up for cleaning they showed up on time and ready to work.It was a rental that they were cleaning so this was what was called a move -in -ready cleaning.When they were done I have to say it was a decent job but I did have some issues with some spoty areas and by that I mean streaks on faucets toilet bowls and some crevices that were in my opinion not thoroughly cleaned especially in the bathroom.But having said that the reason I would recommend them and use them again is because out of the three women that cleaned the rental there was one woman that took the extra effort to rectify any issues I had with the service.I wish I could remember her name but she was very pleasant and took the time to clean the problem areas completely.So overall because of this one woman who went the extra mile to rectify the cleaning which was still decent overall and the quick responses from the owner and the other woman Kim I would recommend and use there company again.

They always send me the same girls which I prefer and requested. I like to actually know the people I let I to my home and I like to build a basis of trust. It is my home after all and they get access to everywhere. They are always on time and do a great job. Dana and her crew are great. Will do business with them again for certain. I also like that communicating with them is super easy as everyone speaks English! I wish I spoke another language but I don't so being able to effectively communicate my needs is highly preferable.

Great ladies, arrived early so they parked up the street waiting for the appointment time. I walked up and told them they could start anytime, so they went right to work They could not do enough for us, if you thought about it they did it!!

I've used Maids of Honor previously but switched due to the cost. I came back to the company because I feel that their service is much better and their cleaning products do not leave a smell behind (the other company's cleaning products lingered and gave me a headache). They are always responsive when I want to change my service date which I appreciate as well.
