Description of Work: Our pool deck was cracking and needed to be re-surfaced. They did an excellent job. Prompt, professional. Quality job. Worked straight through on job. Four days. Contracted to grind bad area and resurface all. They ultimately grounded out the entire area before the re-surfacing process for a higher quality appearance. No additional costs. They wanted a quality finish as much as we did. Great company. Owner was very professional, fair and prompt.

Description of Work: Completely remodeled our pool. It really needed a complete overhaul, from pool interior to decking to surrounding yard area. Now we have a beautiful new pool with water feature, stunning tile and and acrylic flagstone like decking and new rock throughout whole back yard. This also included redoing all of our pool equipment and making even that area look great! There were a few touch ups to be done but that has already been discussed and we have no worries that it will be done in a timely manner. All of this work was done while we were away. We were sent pictures almost daily and every concern we had was met right away. We had already spoken with quite a few other pool companies and received quotes, but not one was as professional as Love Pool Care. The owner was hands on the entire way and always kept us informed from start to finish. Not once did a phone call go without being returned. Highly recommend this company!!

Description of Work: Checked chemicals, emptied filter baskets and brushed pool. They never back washed the sand filter and got acid spots on the cool deck.

Description of Work: Only got a "D" because the person who came to inspect our pool for the weekly service actually came on time and was fairly helpful. The quote came as an email and didn't include the filter clean the tech suggested. I called and asked what the extra cost would be and after being on hold a couple of times was told it would be included in the weekly service price. Great I thought and set up an appointment for today on Friday of last week. Waited all day then called at 4pm. Was put on hold again for a while as she checked. Then was told that the person I talked with didn't schedule me. The office staff is very slow and uninformed. Maybe the techs are good, but I'll never know.

Description of Work: Requested a quote for pool deck repairs. Appointment took a week to set up. Estimator was professional and experienced. Committed to providing estimate 2-3 days later. A week later I HAD TO CALL THEM to learn I would get estimate later that week. A week after that I HAD TO CALL AGAIN, to learn that they still did not have it completed. If it takes this much time and effort to get an estimate - imagine how long it would take them to get the job done! Moving on.......

Description of Work: We live out of state and have a rental house in Glendale where the pool was not managed well by the renters. After the renters moved out we discovered that the pool had algae growing in it and the pool pump had stopped working. The pool needed to be shocked as well as the pump repaired. Love Pool Care were very professional in their approach and responded quickly to our needs. The pool pump was repaired the wednesday after I called ( Monday) and the pool was back to blue with in a week. We now have them maintaining our pool and would highly recommend this company for pool care.

We had someone come out and take a look at a pump that was clogged as well as give us an estimate for pool resurfacing. They were really great and prompt at getting back to us. With thought estimate for the resurfacing was fair although we are postponing it for a few months. We also wound up unclogging the pump ourselves I will be calling them to do the resurfacing and would definitely recommend them.

I have been working varying hours and traveling, I used the web page tools to sign up. Company was prompt and worked with me through email and on the telephone to begin the work as soon as was possible. The pool was very green. John did a beautiful job and I now look forward to having Love Pool Care maintain the pool's beauty on a regular basis.

The job turned out well. They were very thorough in diagnosing the problem and also gave me three alternatives to repairing the problem. Each quote was detailed and accurate. I signed up for one of them and they were out here very quickly and fixed it in a thorough and timely manner.

Arrived on time. Did service in short period of time. Answered all questions appropriately. Cleaned up and explained how new chlorinator worked.
Description of Work: Replaced salt water chlorinator, fixed leak in plumbing. When asked, suggested that plumbing to aerator and pool seat be changed to prevent accidental closing of all valves from pump to pool.
