Expedient, efficient, proffessional, experienced, polite. Great company! Kevin took excellent care of us and had us up and running in less than a hour.

One word: exceptional. Love pool care has serviced our pool for nearly 6 years, on a weekly basis. I'm continually impressed with the level of service, friendliness of their staff, and overall punctuality and professionalism. We've had a couple different techs over the 6 years, but they all have been knowledgeable and easily answered my questions regarding the pool. When the motor started making strange noises, they alerted me and were able to install a new one, far better than what I had previously. I rely on Love pools to tell me when my pool equipment needs attention, and they've caught tiny things that I hadn't even noticed, like a tiny crack in a vacuum hose, a broken water return cap, and a hairline fracture in my filter. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Rough start but it's going smooth now.

Always prompt and professional on service requests. Have been using their services for 2 years as of now. My pool has been in its best shape since I started using their service. Note: some problems with pop up heads at first until Blu Square manufacture came out with a new head and I had a Blu Square Valve installed. Originally contacted them to replace my pool sand filter, which was leaking. Have used their service exclusively from that point on. Extremely satisfied with there service. If I have any problem with my pool, they are only a phone call away. Note will not supply a cost for a single repair service, as there have been several jobs that they have performed. Monthly cost for weekly service is $95.00 plus an addition charge for chemicals every 6 months.

Well, here goes our final review of Love Pool Care before we submit photos after our landscape is done in 2 weeks. One word, “EXCEPTIONAL”! Michael Love and his team, Gonzalo, Justin, office staff, field staff, etc. went way above customer service, communication, ethics and of course the work itself. We had a plumbing issue that was not part of the proposal, what did they do, they corrected all of on their dime. When we had a question about any part of this process, it was communicated to us via email or phone call right away. When we had concerns about our pets and the new deck and patio, they reassured us. Everything about this experience was unbelievable. My supervisor overheard me speaking about our job and I referred him to Love Pool. Worked initially with Michael Love and then various members of his team. They were all great and very open to working around my schedule. Very responsive. I have also felt very comfortable with their follow through when I am not available to be home. Love (no pun intended) to find folks like this.

They are excellent. They are a little bit expensive but they do a good job. They fixed a lot of stuff that was wrong. They come every Tuesday just like clockwork. They are very good.

Every person we dealt with during the pool renovation process was great. Michael came out initially and gave us an estimate that was timely. He provided additional estimates based on some changes in the scope of the project. Michael was always available to answer questions and always responded to emails quickly and concisely. Gonzalo, our project supervisor, guided us through the material selection process. Again, Gonzalo was always helpful and available for any questions. Any problems we encountered during the process were quickly resolved. The end result is that we love our pool!

We have an older pool that has damage above the gutter to the decking and tiles underneath. The service was scheduled but the first hiccup occurred when no one called to confirm the appointment the day before. I had to call and leave a message to check and see if they were coming. I got a call late the morning of the appointment. The estimator was nice. We explained that we wanted 3 estimates. He agreed that he understood this. We wanted to understand the cost related to repair the damaged area; the cost related to repair the area and the all the tiles on the pool; and lastly what it would cost if we repaired all the decking along with the pool tiles. Before he left, he said we would see the different costs split out on the estimate. An estimate was emailed to us a few days later. It was for #3...all the decking and all the repairs and tile replacement. Also, we told the estimator we didn't need an acid wash or pool empty because we already had someone else doing that. The acid wash was included in the quote. I called and left a voicemail asking if the manager could call me and explain the quote becuase i wanted to understand how the costs split out to make a decision on what we should do. NO ONE returned my call. This seems like a common theme with this company in the other reviews customers have left. The do not have good follow through. After i left a second message a week later, the assistant called me and said that she checked with the owner and they were going to respectfully decline the work. I didn't get a chance to make a decision...they just assumed i didn't want to do all the work. I at first tried to get the girl to understand what I was trying to figure out but then decided it wasn't worth it. I don't want to give my business to someone who doesn't want the job. Even if we only had the decking and tiles repaired we would have ended up using this company more for other pool work and upgrades. They decided they couldn't be bothered with establishing a relationship with a customer.

Inspector was supposed to provide 2 estimates; weekly pool service and replacement of pool light with junction box movement. Weekly service quote was comparable to other companies except the $125 upfront cost for chemicals. I was not provided a quote for the pool light/junction box movement even after leaving a message with the company a week after the appointment.

First, we have used Lovepoolcare for weekly maintenance for a year since we've owned our home. Our large cement water feature was in need of repair. It's pretty hard to find someone who does this, made several calls, then called Lovepoolcare, who led us to Rockworks (another good service provider). Since we had to drain our pool for the repair, we called Lovepoolcare and they came to our rescue, draining the pool with almost no advance notice. Rockworks noticed the plaster in our pool was pretty rough, suggested we might want to replaster since the pool was already empty. As soon as the water feature was fixed, we worked with Michael Love and Gonzalo Martinez, the renovation superintendent, to get exactly what we wanted. They accommodated our "add-ons," things we decided to do as long as we were going forward - pebbletec finish, new LED pool light. They also assessed our project and made constructive suggestions about some repairs to the underlying concrete of the pool (further assessed that it wasn't necessary) and gray-colored popup heads in the steps and floor to blend with the color of our pebbletec, addition of tile step and seat markers that are very attractive. I think the renovation process went as smoothly as a big project can go - any delays were due to their diligence noting items that needed to be revisited to make them completely right.

I attempted to contact Love's through a message with Angie's List, but didn't receive a call back from the company. I decided to send them an email from their website. I did receive an email back with an explanation of the process and they asked me to contact them to schedule a quote. I think they should have called me to discuss the process and schedule the service, but that is not why they receiving this review. I replied to the email with my schedule asking if anything works during that time. I didn't receive a response so a few hours later when I had some spare time I called to schedule it. I was told the owner would be out Tuesday afternoon to look at everything and I would receive a quote by email Tuesday evening. The problem is no one showed up to do the quote. I didn't recieve a phone call or an email.

Technician is always prompt and cleans pool weekly. Does not just take a quick skim of the top but vacuums bottom and tests for chemicals. I am very pleased with service.

We moved into a new home and immediately had pool issues. Andrew came out and explained that the pool was in need of new cleaning components. The old ones were worn out. We have never had a pool in the past, so all the handles were a mystery to us. He walked us thru what each did. Our pool now filters the water well. But it wasn't cheap. They also maintain the pool on a weekly basis. Mason was here for a while and he did a great job. His successor, Brian, has been just okay. For $60 plus chemicals, you want a professional job. Right now, they're sliding down.

It all went well. I just called them and scheduled it. They came out a few days later and took care of it. I didn’t really have to be there for most of the work, so it got done without me. The price seemed competitive. Their responsiveness was good. I have used them twice now. I will probably use them again.

I have used their services in the past and have been very pleased. I am signing up with them for a monthly service. I really trust them to understand how the pool and filter works. I consider their cost to be worth their quality of service. One technician came out for the job and did a good job. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the service.

Their prices are a little expensive, but you do receive a good service in return. They worked really fast to correct a misscommunication, hence I updating this review from F to B. I am waiting for their service to be completed, I have a feeling they will get an A eventually.

Love's worked with us to get the pool redone the way we wanted and worked within our budget. They are really super people to work with. The work was done well and ahead of schedule, any problems were taken care of promptly and expertly. We now have them doing weekly service to keep things running smoothly and would not hesitate to use them for any pool projects that we consider in the future. Great job!

We have had them out a couple of times. His name was Andrew. He was very nice, friendly and knew what he was doing. He explained everything that was going on and what we could do in the future. They came out the next day and they are very dependable. We like them a lot. The service call was $65 and he included that in the cost of the repairs. We would have them out again. If we ever have another pool problem, they would be the first place that we would call. They said that they would be here at a certain time and they were. We really like them

Great. from the very first contact, Mike Love and his crew were outstanding. Mike and I are comfortable with e-mail communications and, in addition to many phone calls and personal visits, he exchanged nearly 100 e-mails with me. Kept me completely informed about plans, suppliers, progress, etc. In one of our early conversations, he said "I want you to be happy with the entire project." He really meant it. If I so much as hesitated, he was ready to make changes or improvements. He stuck to the original written estimate in spite of all our changes. The work impacted our landscaping and the crew came back several times to be sure it was back in A-1 condition before their work was finished.

the job took longer than expected as we ran into some difficulties with weather and other complications. Although the job did not exactly go smoothly, the most important thing to me was that when issues arose, Michael and his team gave me absolutely zero problems or arguing about my requests. For instance, the first time the deck was sealed after staining, the sealer did not dry very well and had a "gray" cast to it. I talked to Michael and expected to be given a hassle about it, but he took a look at it and said "we will redo it". He gave me Zero excuses and Zero stress, and I appreciated that. There were a few other examples of things that weren't done quite the way that I anticipated that it would look, I attribute this mainly to probably myself not fully communicating what I was looking for, but again, he added/changed the things that I requested without blinking and without charging more. Although it would have been nice if the job went smoothly the first time, construction/repair jobs rarely do, so all that you can ask is that they promptly make it right, and they did. For this reason, I would highly recommend them for your projects.

The estimate visit was prompt after my initial call and the repair was completed within a few days. The old pump was not installed properly on the pad and I requested that every attempt be made to place the new pump on the pad. The repairman did an excellent job accomplishing that. He was very friendly and professional and explained the operation of the new pump in a way that was easy to understand. I would definitely use Love Pool for future repairs.
