Went very well

Mark arrived like 10 minutes early which was very good. After looking at the old fixture, he informed me he would need to cut a hole in the ceiling to install the brace for the fan, and that it would be n extra $65.00. He put a tarp on the floor to avoid leaving a mess from all the insulation from the ceiling, which was really good. Very professional and quick work.

From the moment of contact, Mark was professional, responsive, and accommodating. He arrived promptly on the day of installation. Mark is professional and competent. He not only did a wonderful job of installing the fan (which works great), he answered all my questions and was conscientious about cleaning the work area. I will most definitely call upon him again for all my electrical needs. In fact, he will be returning soon to replace two light fixtures. Mark is easy going and a pleasure to work with.. We moved into a new house 7 months ago and had a ceiling fan installed in the master bedroom. It always rattled and would vibrate at the ceiling connection. I bought another fan to replace that fan. I purchased a ceiling fan service from Kelso Electric on Thursday. They contacted me the next day and were in my home within a few days. He was able to re-hang my original ceiling fan in the master bedroom and replaced the ceiling fan in our home office. Mark Kelso was prompt, courteous and very skilled and professional. IHe did a wonderful job!! We would highly recommend Kelso electric for any job that you need to have done.

He quickly gave us an estimate over the phone, which was very reasonable compared to other quotes we've got. He showed up on time and installed the charger and even followed-up with a call to check if we were satisfied a few days later. Great customer service and definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future.

Mark is great. We found him on Angie's list. He arrived slightly early both times. He taped off his work area to keep things clean. He works calmly and confindently. He is very responsive to email and phone. We are happy with the quality of work he preformed. We're also very hapy with his prices. I trust him in my home. We would like to have him come back and do surround sound next. I absolutely would recommend Mark. He is now "our" electrician, good work deserves loyalty.

Mark came in response to an Angie's List "Big Deal". He arrived a little before appt. time and went right to work. My house has Aluminum wiring and he seemed to be very knowledgeable on the subject. I'm very satisfied with his work.

Excellent service from Mark at Kelso Electric. I called him yesterday late afternoon, he answered the phone & he was able to come out at 8:00 a.m. the next morning. He was prompt, very clean (he left no mess behind) was very professional & did an excellent job. We will hire him again & refer him to friends & family.

After viewing some lighting work at a neighbor?s home, and asking for a referral, we have used the services of Kelso Electric, Inc. several times and are very happy with the results. We had the lighting in our kitchen replaced and had some can ?spot lights? put in the family room and living room to highlight pictures and photographs; the results were excellent. We also had a ?power saver? installed outside, near our junction box, to help protect our delicate electronics inside the house. The last big job we had done was the replacement of the lights in our garage; I?m sure that job, of all the work done, most impressed my husband! The difference in the amount of light filling the garage is ?enlightening?! We can actually find things without raising the garage door(s)! We have had various other, smaller jobs done, i.e. new outlets, switches, and some covers replaced. These jobs were mostly done in conjunction with other work being performed. My favorite add-on job (at Mark?s suggestion) was the installation of a push-button switch on the counter top (by the sink), which eliminated reaching across the counter to turn on the garbage disposal. I have never liked ?flipping? a switch with wet hands, nor was I crazy about dripping water across 3 feet of counter space. We have been very happy with the results of Mark?s work. He has been on schedule, is good about communicating details of the job, pricing, and timing. Mark and his assistant were good about cleaning up after a job, even for the bigger project that required more than one day to complete. Mark has always presented himself as a professional and his years of experience have made his suggestions invaluable; we trust his input. There is no doubt who we call when we need any assistance with electrical projects or problems. We trust Mark to do good work at a fair price; and, he can be relied upon to arrive within stated time-frames. If something changes, he will let us know as soon as possible. Mark takes pride in his business and is a reliable vendor.
