Rick came to the home to repair a blind in a rental. He had to go get the part that would successfully repair blind. He was great. I would definitely use him again!

I called the gentleman on a Tuesday and he agreed to meet me a my house on Thursday (he offered Wednesday, but I was unavailable). He called to confirm the appointment and called again when he was running a little late (but still within the timeframe given). He was very conscientious of my time. Upon arrival he carefully reviewed all blinds in the house and gave me a precise estimate for all required work. He did several of the minor things (the clips for the valences, for instance) at no charge. When he found there was one replacement that would have to be hand retrofitted, he was willing to do it. He performed his job efficiently, effectively and on time. I was truly impressed with his professionalism and dedication to his trade. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We have an 8' Silhouette roll-up blind that the loop cord broke. We also had 2" wood blinds that are 6 feet wide and only one side rolled up. Rick was able to come the next day. He called 15 minutes before arrival, and showed up right on time. He knew exactly what was wrong and had the parts on his truck. He fixed it in less time than he estimated on the phone. He charged under $75, whereas another company on Angie's list that is highly rated quoted us $135. Rick has been doing these repairs for 30 years and is great. They deserve the A ratings all the way down.

The work was done in about an hour while I ran errands. Fast and courteous service. I always bring my broken blinds to this shop.

I drove over there and dropped it off and did a couple of other things and came and picked it up. They are not always in the office and maybe out doing installation on some days. They were professional, responsive and punctual. I use them twice.

I first asked for an estimate for the work before bringing in the window shade. It was repaired on time, and the charge was a bit less than the estimate. They checked their stock for the bracket, did not have it, and told me who to call to obtain the part. I followed their instructions and was able to obtain the part.

They did charge me to look at the blinds. They did give me a much easier alternative. They were very professional and easy to deal with. They are also very customer oriented.

We have used them in the past for vertical blind repair. Their rates are reasonable. We will continue to use them for any needs.

They scheduled the appointment for the following day after my call but in the morning they called to say they were very behind and could they come the next day. I said yes and they arrived as promised the following morning. The repairs were done promptly and very well.

Great experience. Friendly and professional. Eric called to tell me he was on his way, showed up on time (a little early, in fact!) and did a great job. Was able to repair two large duette blinds that did not raise and lower properly. Although we did not compare prices, charge seemed fair for the work performed. We will be using this company for any future blind repairs and would not hesitate to recommend them.

The repair parts they ordered and replaced make our blinds work like a dream! They work better now than they did when they were new.

Good work. Economical, especially compared to purchasing new blinds. Work done on time. Cooperative, friendly staff.

He took the blinds apart and restrung them. They are working perfectly. He saved us a lot of money. The valence didn't fit properly and he was able to fix that. There were no extra charges or hidden fees.

Quoted price of $45 plus supply fee (cost of cord) - did the work (took 2 mins.) and handed me a bill for almost double that. $35 in "labor" plus $45 "service fee" and $3.24 for the cord. When questioned, repair lady started literally screaming at me, got in my face, waving her finger, yelling obscenities, including using the "F" word 3 times. She was vicious and physically threatening. I only paid her what she wanted, despite the deceptive business practices, out of fear. I am afraid to stop payment on the check since she knows where I live. After taking the check she from my hands she yelled "screw you" and slammed my front door as hard as she could. All of this took place not 20 feet from my 2 year old daughter.

I had Hunter Douglas blinds. The string broke. It was a double blind over my patio door. They were very reasonable and knowledgeable. You can bring it into the store, or they will come to your house. They came to our house.

They were very professional and were on time. Everything went very smoothly.

This family ran company is fantastic. Everything from the initial phone call requesting service to the work being completed in my home was convenient, friendly, clean, on time, and quality.

THE GENTLEMAN WAS ON TIME, POLITE, AND KNEW JUST WHAT TO DO. HE COMPLETED THE REPAIR ON THE SAME TRIP. THE OFFICE PERSON WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL.

COMPLETED JOB ON TIME. FIXED LIKE NEW.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THAT HAS A PROBLEM WITH A WINDOW COVERING.

THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE IS THE COST. THEY CHARGE $45 FOR THE SERVICE CALL PLUS LABOR. BUT, THEY DO A GREAT JOB AND ARE VERY FRIENDLY.

COMPANY REPAIRED OUR WOOD BLINDS WHEN THE INTERNAL OPEN/CLOSE MECHANISM STOPPED WORKING. ALL WORK WAS VERY GOOD. SERVICE PROVIDED WAS DROP-OFF NOT IN-HOME. I DON'T KNOW IF THEY PROVIDE IN-HOME SERVICE.

THOUGHT PRICE WAS HIGH. ONLY TOOK THEM ABOUT 20 MINUTES. $35 TRIP CHARGE AND $20 LABOR. HAD SAME ISSUE FIXED BY ANOTHER CO. THAT IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS FOR ABOUT HALF THAT PRICE.
