I tried calling this place three times over the course of 10 days; No one picked up and the phone asked me to leave a message (which I did). I also left a message via their website. No one has ever responded to my request for blind repair.

It went great. He was fast and efficient. Plus, he was a good advisor when he discovered some of the pulleys on two of the BR blinds were wearing out. He saved a future trip by fixing it now and we appreciated it.

No one picked up the phone when I called. No one responded to webform inquiries. Not sure how a business gets all these A's when they don't respond to their potential customers.

I had taken the blind to another place that was not on Angie's list, and they did not fix them , they were very rude, and expensive. I found Jeannie's Blind Repair on Angie's list, and took it over to him. He checked it out, said he could fix it in about 25 min. I went to lunch and when I returned, as promised he had it ready, plus he adjusted what had been done by the other company. He had the parts to fix it there in the store. He was very pleasant and professional, easy to work with. I will take all my business to him from now on , and will recommend him to anyone needing blinds repaired!

The string that opens and closes are blinds was broken. We detached the blinds from the window and brought them down to the store. He fixed them in about 20 minutes and worked perfect.

Jeannie's put my vertical blinds back in top working order in addition to improving cosmetics. Service Tech's (owners) were friendly, professional and efficient in performing needed repairs. I highly recommend their services.

We had a service call set for between 8am and 10am this morning (10/23/2013). Right before 10am they called and said they were going to be late and stated they would arrive around 11am. At 11:15am i get another call stating that they could not make it at all today and wanted to reschedule. We had called them to come out and do a few minor repairs and to replace all of our patio door window coverings. Thier loss and a bad review to boot. Hope the other job was worth it.

Amazing professionalism, called and left a voicemail for a appointment. I received a call back within the hour and scheduled a time. The morning of the appointment I received call to confirm the appointment and address. A few hours later I received a call from the owner letting me know that a current job took longer than expected an let me know of a new time that they would be arriving. Great level of service so we weren't waiting around for them to arrive. Came in fixed the job as promised and left. Couldn't be happier with the process. I would recommend them to others.

It was perfect. I found the family-owned business on Angie's List, called, and the very helpful person on the line said he'd have Rick, the repair expert, out here in two days. He gave me a two-hour window. Rick appeared right on time, quickly and efficiently fixed the blind and also made a minor repair on another blind's cord (no charge). To quote President Bush 41: In, out, do it, do it right, get gone. I couldn't have asked for more.

Brought 2 sets of blinds in. One broken cordless cell shade was converted to continuous loop. The other was a minor string-condenser re-attachment. Dropped off blinds at 10am and there were done by 12:30pm. Fast, thorough, honest work. I highly recommend. I will use again.

The son does the scheduling and the father does the repairs. I think he has been doing repairs in the area for over 3 decades so he really knows his stuff. They were easy to work with. They actually had to take one of the blinds because it needed more repair. They do charge a service charge to come out to the house but there was not an additional charge to bring the blind back. I didn't compare their prices because it was hard to find somebody. They are pretty specialized. It was a $60 service charge to come out to the house. They called 20 minutes out to confirm they were coming shortly, which I liked. I would definitely use them again.

Overall it was a great job done with no complaints whatsoever.

Rick knew exactly what needed to be done ( over the phone)when I explained my issue with my blind not working correctly.We scheduled for the following day and was in and out in no time. It is so hard to find someone that repairs blinds so I was thrilled I found him!

Jeannie's blinds arrived on time and did the work fast, charging 1/3rd of other quoted and spent prices. They have my vote of confidence in the future and will use them for my family and friends needs.

Rick was able to schedule appt around my busy schedule. Called to inform me that he would be arriving closer to the end of our scheduled time due to issues at earlier appts. Professional and completed the work in a timely manner - even offered to add new cording to on blind where cord was soiled.

Rick was kind enough to come on short notice the day before Thanksgiving to fix it. He knew just how to fix it and even fixed a drapery that was very reluctant to open and close while he was there. He is really good at this and saved me buying a new cellular shade. He was also very nice and friendly to us.
