Description of Work: We have horizontal blinds with independent top-down and bottom-up pull cords. Replaced clutch mechanism on top-down drop. Repair went well. We have used Jeannie's before and will use them again!

Description of Work: They we're prompt in coming to home and giving estimate for shutter replacement. Have not heard from them since, approximately 6 weeks ago. Tried calling business twice,1st time no answer,second time answered with promise of calling me back,no call back. Decided to go with other company.
