Mr. Nelson arrived early and did a great job. Would definitely call for 0ther projects.

John did great hanging the blinds, the door was fair as the finish work was not smooth & painting was messy, he missed one spot entirely. John sanded the drain stoppers too much but didn’t say anything so they fall too far down (water doesn’t drain well now). He also charges more for for plumbing but didn’t say that before he started the job.

It went good, coming back to do some more jobs.

Excellent. John is very much a problem solver, he had to be creative with fixing some of my gates/pillars and fencing and was very quick, competent and fairly priced. I 'm now calling him all the time :) He is the "go to person". Very trustworthy, friendly and professional. Also, he is really neat and tidy, I have a house on the market and he let himself in on one of my projects, cleaned up and left it ready to show. I was very impressed.

Contractor wanted to wait till weather cooled some. No work was done.

I had list of work listed. Mr. John Nelson came in time. Much appreciated. I had list of work listed request. Of these John accepted and took two work: 1. Do a patch work of concrete on backyard (minor patches) 2. Door repair Overall,the quality of work was poor. When a job is taken, it has to be done to perfection. But, the work done was far from perfect.nin the end, much of the work he did, I have to get it redone because both work were partially done. The work is paid by hour and I am not sure what the rush was to go rather than do everything to perfection, even if it takes few hours more. I can write lot of details. But, all I can say is I won't hire John again. Best wishes to him. Prasad

John was punctual and his manner is very professional yet easy going. The quality of his work was detail oriented and precise. I will definitely hire him again for other handyman jobs around my house.
