Provider was punctual and mostly professional, but bought a "Sprinkler Tne Up" Big Deal and the only thing the representative did wa tighten a couple valves that were leaking and caused them to leak worse. No sprinkler heads were replaced or adjusted. He noted that there were too many heads on each station of my system and that they were poorly placed.He did give me an estimate on the cost of replacing my system. That was the extent of work done. I have since called a couple other sprinkler companies and got free extimates and even got a head changed @ no charge by one.

Gordon Palmer was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure he provided me with as much information as he could. Although I did not use Hawkeye for this estimate I would highly recommend them and use them in the future. Thanks, Jolet Ibarra

The valve was replaced without labor as the representative felt that all of the valves should have been replaced at a prior business. Regarding all prior work it was done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

We were very gun shy to start a big project because we had been burned on our last project by a contractor. So we joined Angie's list and that is how we found Hawkeye Custom Landscaping. We researched and spoke with 4 different landscape design companies. This whole process of choosing a company was an in-depth research project. We chose Hawkeye for many reasons but the most important was the way that Kelly, the owner, handled everything. He started this company at a young age and it is very easy to see why his company is so successful today. He listened to what we wanted and came up with a design. He sketched it out the first day and gave us a price right then. Over the next few weeks, we gave him pictures of stuff we liked for the BBQ and Fireplace and he built them to perfection. He did exactly what he said he was going to do, in the time he said he was going to do it in and there were no surprises. His operation runs like clock work and everyone from his foreman, Dave, to his crew workers, were very respectful, quiet and clean. Dave was always there with a smile to answer any questions. He kept the crew on schedule and they completely demolished and rebuilt our backyard in 10 days. We are extremely happy with our beautiful backyard. It is a place we will be proud of when friends and family stop by. If you are considering some help with your landscaping, no matter the size of your project, we highly recommend Hawkeye. Kelly and Kevin and the crew were an absolute pleasure to work with. The job was done much faster than expected and the results were great. The crew worked hard and were respectful throughout. I appreciated the initial quote contained specific line item detail along with a drawing of exactly where the plants and trees etc would be located. I also appreciated Kelly's patience throughout the HOA review and approval process. The crew cleaned up everything after the job was complete. I would definitely recommend Hawkeye again!

They seemed to be a little bit higher and I did not get any follow up from them. They were upstanding, everything was professional and they gave me a professional quote. They also showed me a book of work they had done.

The new terrace is beautiful!! They are all very professional, and we are so pleased with the results! Will definitely use again, when another project comes up.

They were very attentive and very quick to respond. I was able to deal with it over the phone and I didn't have to be there when the replaced the valve. They came and did it when I wasn't there so that was great too. They were able to work unsupervised.

This is a first class operation. They provided a written and visual estimate of the work. They provided me with great suggestions and more than met my expectations for the work. They cleaned up beautifully each day. The workers were polite and extremely careful to make sure that my three little dogs had safe access to the yard during the work. They made sure the gates were kept securely closed, which was so important to me. the yards look fantastic and I couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend their work. I had four bids on the job and all were good, but Hawkeye was the most prepared and professional. Thanks to Kelly and the team!

it went well he fixed a leak but forgot to turn on the sprinkler system after he was done

There isn't anything to report since I needed to have the work performed in a very tight time frame and Hawkeye could not meet my needs.

They were on time, professional and gave me great ideas of what to do. I only received a quote so that I can possibly do something in the future.

I am very happy with my service. I called and left a message in the morning to have my sprinkler system repaired. I received a return call within a few hours and they were able to get someone out to my house the same day. My system was up and running again within an a couple of years, and I was happy to find out the valves that were replaced are covered with a five year warranty.

Gordon was our designer...he took my vision & blew me out of the water with the end result! Gordon also kept in touch with me on every aspect of the job. Angel was our job foreman & he was so flexible with my last minute decision to expand the kids' play area to a larger size than originally planned and he also made it possible to move our grass area a bit so we wouldn't lose out on the originally planned size. The whole crew worked very efficiently & I couldn't believe the amount of work we had completed in just 4 DAYS!! My yard is amazing!!

Hawkeye Landscaping came out when they were supposed to, I just think the price was too high. They were going to change the lawn in to gravel and add a tree and a bush. The experience was good.

Gordon was our project manager and Angel was the on-site crew lead. Gordon communicated the status of the job throughout and ensured the work was to our satisfaction. He was very flexible with changes I requested during the job and even had to move our job out a few days when a swarm of bees landed in our tree the day work was scheduled to start. Our front yard turned out just as we had hoped it would. We used Hawkeye a few years ago to revamp our back yard and this job went just as well. We highly recommend this company.

The installation was quick and efficient. The system now works well.

Kelly was very prompt with setting up the initial appointment and giving us an estimate. He promised that the work would begin before 3/25. In actuality, it was completed by that date! Workers were all courteous and hard-working. I am a retired landscape architect who has had 40 years of experience working with landscape contractors; Hawkeye ranks right up there with the best of them! A minor issue with the irrigation system was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. What more can I say?

The providers representative was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. After an assessment of my system, he was able to tune-up my sprinkler system at a very reasonable cost, even though my system is over 30 years old. Accordingly, I was very pleased and quite impressed with the service.

He was very courteous - said he checked everything. I had shown him a pool of water in my hard - a few minutes later he confirmed a valve was leaking.
