They were on time and they were friendly. They got an estimate to me right away. They understood exactly what I wanted done.

We went with another company due to their pricing; however, they were very professional.

We had some mis-communication which was corrected and I am very pleased with Kelly's desire to make sure we were more than satisfied but were happy with the results. I am confident in saying I would recommend Hawkeye to others.

They did a superb job. They were prompt, did what they said they would do and returned my phone calls. They were very good.

This company from the time I called and spoke to the girls in the office, until the last employee left my yard, provided professional and clean services. They did an amazing job on my property, leaving it clean and manageable overnight, in await for their return the next day. My foreman made me feel very well taken care of. Kelly the owner was always available via cell phone and I never had to leave a message, which put my mind at ease when spending this kind of money. This comany does amazing work and I will use them over and over again.

Kelly came out, listened to what we had in mind, and spent about an hour taking measurements and sketching out a detailed scale design of what our yard would look like. Very professional, very engaging. Price was just a little higher than another landscaper we eventually decided on.

The owner of the company came out to give me the estimate. He was very professional and spoke English! The price was a couple hundred more than I thought it would be, but went ahead and hired them. The owner's brother is the foreman. He speaks English and some Spanish to translate between the customer and the crew. Two non-English speaking guys were doing the job. They were hard workers, but the foreman had to leave to go get the pavers and I needed to communicate with the crew and couldn't, they did get the foreman on the phone for me. The crew broke a cable line in the backyard, which I didn't know until I didn't have my computer connection anymore, they didn't bother to tell me. The cable company came out and had an instrument that could tell right where the cut/break in the line was and it was where they had dug up a post and put down new pavers. I will say, in defense to this company they do not know this, so they weren't given the opportunity to fix it. By the time I would have called them out to dig up the pavers, call the cable company back out to repair the cable, call the landscapers back out to put the pavers back in, it would have been more $ in service calls. So the cable guy just hooked up my computer to another location in my home. This company would have gotten straight A's from me if their guys would have let me know they broke a line and if they spoke English.

Kelly and his team were great to work with. The crew was very nice; their foreman, David, was professional, patient and accommodating. They were prompt, worked hard throughout the day, and cleaned up each afternoon. They kept a clean worksite. I would recommend Hawkeye Landscaping to anyone, without hesitation.

We are absolutely thrilled with the results of the work done By Hawkeye. The service people were wonderful, putting everything exactly where we wanted it to be. They were easy to have here, very pleasant and accommodating. The new yard is exactly what we were hoping for and would highly recommend them.

They indicated I would hear back from someone within a day to schedule a time to look at the property and provide an estimate. When I hadn't from them in two days, I called back. They apologized and again indicated someone would contact me within a day. I never heard from anyone.

S. Lock the desiginer/estimator worked with my husband and I to create a comfortable outdoor extention to our home that is low maintance and for me non-allergenic. Mr. Lock made us aware that we might be eligible for a water rebate from our town for replacing a lawn with low water use plants. (Which in fact we are!) We are very pleased with the work and look forward to enjoying our low maintance outdoor living space.

Our overall experience was fine. The workers were timely and neat. They did the job on time as promised. It was just a lot of money to spend, but we hired them for something else anyway! The installer was very nice, but had to return twice, because he didn't have enough or the right parts. On one of the promised days to return, he didn't show up at all. The system dripped water down the side of the house, so we kept having to call them to come back. The installer told us the pump was too strong for the house, even though they recommended and sold us the pump. Now we have to be cautious about how we operate the system, so it doesn't overwhelm the sprayers. Also, we were told we would have to pay another $500 or so in order to make the plumbing work more aesthetically pleasing (there's a big ugly red hose visible and drippy connections). As long as it's operated carefully, the misters are better than those on a resturant patio!

I had them come to the house to assess the sprinkler/drip system in my yard. Per their advice, I had them replace an old timer for the back yard system. The installation was poor, loose wires, and not securely attached to the wall. It took them 3 trips to my house before it was installed to my satisfaction.

THE FOREMAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS HAPPY TO TALK WITH US ABOUT CHANGES OR EXPLAIN THINGS. THE CREW WORKED HARD AND NEVER ONCE DID WE SEE THEM WASTING TIME STANDING AROUND. THEY CLEANED UP ALL THEIR SUPPLIES EACH DAY AND PUT THEM IN A CONCEALED AREA TO KEEP OUR HOME LOOKING AS NICE AS POSSIBLE DURING ALL THE WORK. WE ONLY HAVE TWO COMPLAINTS. 1) MANY OF OUR PLANTS WERE EATEN BY RABBITS AND WHEN THE COMPANY CAME TO REPLACE THEM, WE HAD AGREED TO PAY FOR THEM BUT THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE US NEARLY FIVE TIMES WHAT THE PLANTS COST. 2) THEY INSTALLED PATHLIGHTS THAT WERE NOT WHAT WE SELECTED, AND WHEN THEY CAME TO CORRECT THE ISSUE THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE US EXTRA FOR THOSE TOO. EVEN WITH THESE CONCERNS, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY; THEIR WORK WAS VERY GOOD AND THE CREW WAS GREAT.
