Description of Work: I purchased a coupon for pest control for my home. The technician arrived on time, asked if we had any issues, which we did not. We wanted to treat our home to prevent problems only. The area included the entire inside of my home, garage and exterior of my property. Description of Work: They did good work once they finally arrived. I scheduled my work to be done on a Saturday with a week + notice. When we had set around waiting on them to show that Saturday morning and they were late, I Finally called them and they had forgotten me and wanted to reschedule the service for a week later and have me waste another weekend day for them to provide the service they promised.

Description of Work: The services that were performed was spraying for bed bugs. Overall, it was a really professional and very effective service.  + -1 moreGreen Home has proven to be very punctual at servicing at the scheduled quarterly intervals. We have used their services for the past two years and since they've begun we have noticed a conspicuous lack of the pests we were seeing before. They have also been very good about spraying around my garden as requested, so as not to introduce chemicals into the soil. Even with that, we are not having a pest problem. On their initial visit, the Green Home representative was very forthcoming and honest about their services, explaining what they do and do not do on a service call and their reasons for how they operate. Their office staff is also very professional and easy to work with when changing credit cards or dealing with other billing issues.

 + -1 moreI found Green Home Pest Control through a Living Social deal. This deal made them very busy and it took about a month to get on their schedule. They had some problems with one of their office staff because they put me on the schedule but did not include my address or phone number so no one showed for my appointment. I called the office the next morning and spoke to a manager who explained the problem. I was given an appointment for that same day. The manager I spoke with was the person who also came to my house to do the spraying. He was great! He gave suggestions to minimize the ticks that we were seeing. They gave a 30-day guarantee and about 2 weeks later I had only seen 1 more tick. I called and they came back for a full respray. I would use this company again!
