This is one of the easiest companies to have in your home. The are professional, on time and very customer oriented. If there is a problem they will be out in short order to try and remedy the situation. It is nice to do business with a company that wants your business and cares about the customer.

Termite control cannot be judged for a couple of years. You should know that. They can be on time , nice, etc. but if you still have termites that is bad

We noticed ants in the yard and around the patio by the pool and they are gone now! We also found a dead cockroach on the walkway out front. We have never had one in the house since we were treating it ourselves in the past but it was good to see the dead cockroach the day after the service was performed. Obviously it worked.

THE APPOINTMENT WAS EASY TOSET UP AND TECH. SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID A GOOD JOB

I had to reschedule because they did not keep their time schedule. the worker came in and did not cover his shoes after being in countless yards and having pesticide all over his shoes. They did tell me to move anything, so they just sprayed everything. I don't know if it worked or not since it was just applied.

We called Green Home based on reviews for a sewer roach problem. They were very courteous and professional and very thorough in explaining how they believed the roaches get into the bathrooms and their plan to address the situation. Their products are pet friendly and they offer several maintenance plans to address pests based on seasons. We couldn't be more pleased with this company, highly recommend!

Technician showed up on time and was friendly, polite and professional. Spraying was effective because numerous dead bugs turned up afterwards. I signed a service agreement for bi-monthly spraying. Also, the person who answers the phone when you call the office is very pleasant and efficient.

He arrived exactly on time. I was pleasantly surprised. He answered all of my questions.

The person I spoke to on the phone was the person who did the service. He explained that ticks are hard to kill, but the treatment around all the baseboards in the house would kill them if they came in contact with the chemicals used. The ticks were driven from under the baseboards and we were able to catch them to kill them. Ants outside were killed due to the spraying outside.

The person I talked to on phone was friendly, courteous and professional, as was the tech who showed up to do the spraying. The tech showed up right on time. I intend to do business with this company again.

Most of my ratings were "A" because the pest technicians were all very well dressed and professional.... THEY EVEN SPOKE PERFECT ENGLSH!!! Imagine that in this day and age.....I only wanted outside service since I suffer from OCD and didn't want pesticides indoors. The only problems I had consisitently were ants. They are hard to get rid of even though they sprayed and used granules. However, each time they treated the ants it rained right after, so I can't say they were not doing their job properly, it was just bad timing, I also could have asked them to come out again free of charge and reapply, but I never felt it was really necessary. If you want pest control service, you can't do any better, so I would recommend them to a friend.

This was the first service and Albert was great! He listened to my concerns and provided excellent customer service. I'm confident this company will provide better customer service than the previous company we were using. I appreciate his responsiveness and taking the time to answer my questions. Thanks Albert! :)

Workers explained process for both inside and outdoors. Cleaned spider webs outdoors and were very thorough with treatment.. Entire process took about 30-45mins. I would have them back to my residence....good experience!

Wow....the BEST and quot;greenand quot; pest control service I could ever imagine. We took advantage of Angies and quot;The Big Dealand quot; for a 1 time pest control service. We chose and quot;Green Home Pest Control.and quot; What a wonderfully refreshing experience with no pressure to purchase service contracts and yet have an excellent green pest control treatment. Justin,an exceptionally intelligent and customer focused young man arrived right on time and asked us many pertinent questions about our and quot;pestand quot; issues. He developed an effective. He explained what he was going to do inside and outside our home to eliminate our pest issues.I have several health issues, including asthma,so I was @ first nervous about how I'd respond to the treatment inside. However, I had no issues or responses of any kind. I was frequently getting bit by something causing cellulitis. Justin discovered spider issues as a main concern (and most likely the cause of my repeated bites and cellulitis). Everything inside and outside was treated in an hour. My husband and I were so impressed with Justin that we actually pursued asking him about a contract! He now comes every other month for $65.00 each time Justin has eliminated any and all pest issues for us. No further bites,and no cellulitis...just a pest free home! I wouldn't dream of utilizing any other company!

There were 2 gentelman; 1 for inside and the other handled the outside pest control. They were very courteous and prompt. Met expectations

Went fine, but unfortunately no way to find where the wasps are coming from….life in the desert!

We purchased a groupon for home spraying. I made an appointment and they never showed up. I tried to call, but my appointment was today, Saturday between 10am and 12pm and they only answer their phones Monday-Friday. Beware!
