The move was so smooth and the team was so skilled and efficient. We cannot say enough positive things about GYMO, Roger, and their wonderful moving team. Nothing was damaged or broken, and we had some significant fragile and antique items to move that day. Was very pleased with the professionalism and timeliness of this company. The move went incredibly smoothly. They wrapped my furniture with great care and gave me a great deal on the pads that I elected to keep. I will definitely use them again in the future should a need arise. The only reason I gave them a B on price as opposed to an A is that there was an additional charge based on my service area which I was not expecting. Had I called prior to purchasing their moving deal, I would have found this out ahead of time, so it's really my fault. Not a big deal and I would DEFINITELY recommend this company to friends and family - very satisfied.

They were scheduled to arrive at 9:00AM and arrived 10 minutes early. They were polite, professional and very careful not to damage my appliances. The moving job consisted of moving a small upright freezer and a washing machine approximately one mile. The entire move took only 35 minutes from their arrival to job completion and their departure. Itemized charges - Transportation 1 truck, 2 men $210. Travel charge - zone 2 $87.50 Mapquest shows the distance from their office to my house at 9.6 miles. In the future will only use them for larger jobs. I did get a $100 discount using a coupon.

This company is great! They are thorough and really take care of your things. They basically do everything you ask and work with your budget. They really care about you and your experience. I will be using them again in the future!

The moving crew was punctual, personable, and courteous. They didn't waste time. We began the morning at a storage unit on Kyrene and Elliot. Then emptied the unit at Ray between S 39th and S 40th. Then emptied the bedroom and removed the piano from the house in Ahwatukee. Got everything over to the apartment unit and deposited items either in the garage or second-floor apartment. All in two hours and 15 minutes. Truly excellent work. All furniture items wrapped and secured. These guys knew what they were doing. And the company owner Roger coordinated all this with me between Wednesday-Thursday for a move that Sunday. Very accommodating.

I cannot imagine a better team than Get Your Move On, and the two movers - Chris and Donovan - who did my move. The owner was fully responsive to my initial inquiry and provided all the information needed. A day or two before the move I received an email with the names and backgrounds of the two individuals who would do my move. They arrived right on time, and worked quickly and efficiently, and they took great care not to damage anything. All furniture wrapped in blankets and handled carefully. The job ended up being much larger than originally estimated, but Chris and Donovan were professional throughout and stuck with it until everything was perfectly done. They even helped solve a problem when I had a glass table that would not fit into my storage unit. I cannot imagine a more professional moving crew! I recommend this company and the two movers to anyone who wants a move done right in every respect!

I am sorry I don't have time to write a more detailed review, because I can't say enough good things about them. Roger's bid was right on the money, no tricks. He brought boxes over in advance for us to use. He arranged to have two packers come two days before the move to see if we needed help packing. They wrapped all the art. The movers are just the most pleasant and cheerful and hardworking crew you can imagine. They will take away all your stress. They are careful, fast, and expert packers. They are not shy about making (excellent) suggestions to improve your move. Hire them!

These guys showed up about 15 minutes early, called me to let me know they were there. I told them that my little brother is capable, but he isn't very good socially so be prepared. They were total professionals and very helpful. My brother was very happy with the service as well. They got the apartment emptied quickly and efficiently. All the furniture was wrapped, the boxes were carefully placed and it went very smoothly. When we got to our destination, these guys actually helped me play furniture 'Tetris' with the couch and coffee table that were destined for the garage. We did manage to make enough room to park the car and move around it. It worked out really well and I was very thankful for their assistance - I could not have done that on my own. The value far exceeded what I paid and I was very happy with the service received from these gentlemen. thank you!

I looked for a moving company on Angie's List and noted that "Get Your Move On" moving company was highly rated with many reviews submitted. I called the company and spoke with Roger who guided me through a short interview process aimed at identifying my moving needs. The price per hour and other associated costs were clearly explained and resulted in me hiring them to do the move. Within an hour I receive an email confirming our arrangements. I subsequently received an email identifying the two gentlemen who would be conducting the move along with some additional information. This process was quite sophisticated and very professional. The two gentlemen, Chris and Donovan, who would be doing the job arrived promptly on time and immediately began the preliminary work to get the move underway. After reaffirming the arrangements (contract, move location, etc.) they began the work. It was clear from the start that Chris and Donovan were professional, skilled, and experienced movers. Both were extremely polite, unquestionably capable, and dedicated to providing the highest level of service. They represented the company exceptionally well, and were sincerely interested in ensuring that my move be conducted as quick as possible with uppermost quality. Once the truck was loaded we drove to the drop-off location and the items were carefully removed and put into storage. I absolutely and with total confidence recommend "Get You Move On" moving company. I am certain anyone using this company will be very impressed with the entire process from beginning to end. They did an excellent job. They were very responsive and did what they were supposed to do. I paid the standard fee of $300 for one day for 3 men.

Rene and his crew arrived on time and immediately introduced themselves. We went through the house to go over what was to be done. Everything was done exactly as we had request and they actually went above and beyond. They were not only professional but they were also fun. Not one minute was wasted and honestly they finished everything in a very timely manner. They were so gracious when I changed my mind about where I wanted a piece of furniture. I apologized so much that they had to move it and they just chuckled and said that it was no big deal and in most cases they are rearranging furniture when doing a move. They used boxes we hadn't used that we purchased along with packing paper to help us save money which again we thought was very nice. When they left the location we moved from my husband had them follow him to Subway where we treated them to lunch. Those that weren't driving ate on the road and the driver ate when he arrived at our new location. Everyone got right to work as soon as they took a tour of the house to know where certain items would go. Since there were some items in the old house that would be going into different rooms than where they were they immediately would ask exactly where we would want the furniture. Once furniture was placed in a room, they came to get myself or my husband to make sure everything was as we wanted it. They were all extremely professional. I would have loved to have had this crew when we moved from Madison, WI to Arizona a little over a year ago. The move would have gone so much more smoothly.

Roger and his crew (Ben, Martin, Chris and Don) really took care of the job at hand and made my moving experience very pleasant and stress free. I had a very terrible moving experience with a different company roughly 4 months ago so I was apprehensive going into this move. Roger came to give me an estimate and really went above and beyond to put my mind at ease explaining in detail what he felt would be best and providing several options. Although at that point it was just conversation, I can say that after the move, his commitment to excellence exceeded my expectations and the crew that handled the entire move reflected the standards and professionalism that he had promised. This process overall was very efficient and these guys literally ran circles around the last moving company that I had hired. With that said there were a couple of minor challenges throughout the day and the team handled them with professionalism and tact. This is something that to me is the difference between good service and great service. I would definitely recommend Get Your Move On to my friends and family and if you are looking for a moving company that comes through on their word to care for your property as if it was their own, this is it.

Went well until we went back home and found a dozen dings, dents, scrapes and breaks especially around the stairwell. I was unaware of the dings until I got back to the old home a day or two later, and by then didn't see any point in following up. They're in Tempe and we're on the westside. We're trying to sell house immediately, and don't have time for such delays. Lastly, the coupon didn't work out as advertised, since they cleverly raised their rates over $260 and then took off the $200 afterwards. It was a loss of money to us.

They had to put up with a lot from us. First of all our move date kept changing because the buyers of our home could not seem to get loan approval. They had to get a 2nd appraisal so it went beyond the scheduled closing date. I know they were getting frustrated but they handled it well.

All 3 movers arrived on time at 8 a.m. I gave them the lowdown (what will go where) and they got right to work. They moved some furniture within the house -- then loaded the rest into their van and unloaded at an apartment. We were worried that some of the pieces wouldn't fit into our temporary place -- but they did it all quickly and easily without any problems. I paid a base fee and then hourly (with a 2 hour minimum) and everything was done in 3 hours. They were quick, pleasant to work with. In 6 months when we move back to our house -- I will be calling them. Thanks!

The owner was professional and was able to fit my hurried move into his schedule. The movers were professional, on time and completed the move within the time frame given. All in all I would definitely use them again.

It went great. I have used GYMO at least 7 times, the first time was shortly after they opened the business. They are totally professional and very easy to work with. They were on time and on budget each of those moves and treated our "treasures" as if they were actual treasures. Excellent experience.

GYMO arrived early, were kind and helpful, and moved us into our new home. The move went a little slower than I might have wished, and they left a few dings in our walls, but they were nice to work with and helped us a lot. Company owner is very responsive. Good, honest guys.

The boys were fabulous! The showed up, got to work and were very pleasant to be around. I through them a curve, asking them to switch out beds from our old house and they smiled and did as I asked. They were extremely professional and efficient. Moving is never fun, but it sure took the dread out of it. When the remodel is done, they will be the first people I call to bring it all back in!

They are the best---I would be very happy to share my experience with other families who need movers. However Angie's List gave me all information to use an upholstery company who are totally dishonest. I used Mini Upholstery with Elva and Jesus Cardenas---418 N. 20th. Avenue Phoenix, AZ----Rosa the daughter---came to our home and picked up two very expensive swivel lawn chairs and 2 chaise chairs to recover----as well as a $650.00 deposit. I have called several occasions and Rosa has come up with many reasons for not returning my chairs and or money. My husband is a quadrapeglic from a car accident----so I have had other priorities. But she, Rosa is totally a criminal and scam artist. I see that they are still on your referral list----Carolyn Wachtel Your referral with the moving company was the best---but do you ever sort out the criminals?

It went really. They were very polite and professional. They responded with "Yes mam." They did not complain once the whole time. I would use them again in the future and highly recommend them.
