I can't speak for everyone but it's a little scary having someone move possessions who worked for, purchased, and sometimes are irreplaceable. I was incredibly impressed by the care and attention that was given to my furniture, it was as if they were moving their personal property. They're well priced and an all-around please to deal with. If I moved again I wouldn't even consider using another company. Thank you Get Your Move On!

From estimate to the completion of work, everything went very well. While move took longer than estimated and cost was higher than estimated, the price was fair and reflected the work done.

This was the sixth time we have used GYMO and, as we expected, they excelled in everything they did for us. The move required them carrying things up to our children's third story apartment and they did this with ease. The guys were wonderful. We will definitely be using them again.

This moving company was truly outstanding. They were prompt and extremely careful handling our furniture. Very nice people and a pleasure to deal with.

This is the second time we have used GetYourMoveOn. Very professional, Vaa and Noa were are pack out team, and they were careful, and worked their tails off. On the receiving end, they helped us re-arrange furniture, and install washer and dryer pedestals. The guys are great !! The company sent is the pack out teams names in advance, and followed up all thru the process. We would use them again in a heartbeat

They were really efficient and they were quick. They smiled a lot, while they were doing all that heavy lifting. They were quick, he called me back in 15 minutes. They were right on time.

Outstanding, we closed on Thursday and Dereks crew completed the job two hours before our noon deadline. We did not get the keys to new house til the following Friday so they stored for us (at a reasonable rate) and then delivered on time. No damages, friendly, clean cut workers, our first time using a moving company and could not be happier!

I recall those guys. I was not real happy with their packing and their overall speed. There was one or two of them that spent more time on their cell phones than they did doing the work. They were responsive.

This company was amazing! They kept in touch with me before the move, emailed and called a few times. One of the emails was an introduction to the 2 gentlemen that would be doing the work. The day of they called and asked if it was okay to come an hour early and that worked out perfectly for me. Both men were very polite and worked hard; they were never standing around. After they left my new place my new neighbor across the street came over to introduce herself and she said she was very impressed by the movers. She said she was watching them the entire time and they were very careful with everything they took off the truck. I highly recommend using this company. I hope I never move again but if I do, Get Your Move On LLC will be the only company I call. Oh, by the way, the rates are very reasonable!

This was the fifth time we have used Get Your Move On and we will continue to use them in the future. This time, we had Javier and Ryan helping us and they were fantastic. They were early at our first stop and ready to go. They wrapped her furniture carefully, handling everything very carefully. They were very pleasant, helpful and friendly. We were very pleased, again, to work with Get Your Move On!

These movers were amazing. They carefully wrapped the cabinet to be returned and took it back to the store. At the furniture store, they took the dressers out of the cardboard boxes and inspected for any scratches or flaws. They then wrapped the furniture in their blankets and safely delivered it to my house. The guys helped me move furniture around To get the dressers in place. They didn't stop there. They also assembled the legs of the dressers and put all the handles on so the dressers were completely functional when they left. I didn't expect them to do the assembly and I couldn't thank them enough for their professionalism, especially for how accommodating they were to do this crazy job!

I thought the workers were great and focused and determined to get the job completed no matter how long it took. I hardly seen them take a break and they stayed on task the whole time. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a moving company that will get the job done and you are more focused on the safety of your posessions than the price. The quote was about $300 more than expected, but well worth it. They worked about 4 more hours than expected and all posessions were handled as if it was there stuff.

The move went great. Alex and Noah were very professional, friendly, and worked hard to make sure our items were wrapped and moved carefully. The items we had moved were washer/dryer, sofa, loveseat, chair, recliner, coffee table, refrigerator, exercise equipment, two queen beds including box springs, one headboard and footboard, and two large entertainment units, and a large tool chest. They did have to remove the front door at both locations to fit the refrigerator thru so they wouldn't scratch the finish on the refrigerator. They definitely took the time to make sure our stuff was cared for throughout the moving process. It only took 3 hrs. from start to finish. I would definitely use this provider again. Great movers! This was an excellent experience. I purchased the deal on Angie's and was promptly contacted by them. We set up a time to have the estimator come out to see what I needed to move. This went well and I was given a written estimate. I later needed to change my date of move and this was not a problem. The night before the move I got an email and phone call reconfirming my move and letting me know which three guys would be coming. The day of the move they arrived 30 minutes early and got right to work. They were very caring with my items and made sure everything was safely wrapped and then secured in the truck. They worked at a steady pace. Arriving at my new home they unloaded quickly and asked where everything went. They again were highly professional and took great care with my items. I am very impressed with their work.

We hired Derek's hard working, professional crew to move our home over a 2 day period. We had 8 men each day and they were all very positive, happy men, who moved our home like it was their own. They paid attention to every detail, from protecting our floors at our new home, to ensuring everything was moved in a thoughtful manner. Moving can be a very stressful time and this crew of men made it the best it could have ever been. They handled all phone calls and emails in a timely manner and arrived on time both days of moving. I highly recommend this company and would gladly use them again.

100% satisfied and pleased with Get Your Move On. At $600 fior the 4 hours of labor and truck, they were neither cheap nor what I felt from the prices out there on the market were "expensive" - they were priced fairly and in line with what a true professional moving company WITH their own professional truck with a proper hydraulic lift and all of the accompanying pads, wrap and dollies costs. Two beefy, friendly Samoan gents worked efficiently and tactfully as they wrapped EVERYTHING in protective moving plastic wrap before they lifted it, they carefully positioned them on the truck using pads where called for. They managed to capably load all of our 2300 square foot house's furnishings into one load. Took them basically 2 hours on each side of the load and unload mission for a total of 4 hours. They worked diligently and tirelessly, no milking the clock, they were champs. They were extremely courteous and placed every item exactly where we asked, even navigating up and down stairs in our new house without any trouble. I don't know what more we could ask of a professional moving company - Get Your Move On met and exceeded my expectations. It is well worth the price to just place your trust in their skill and conscientiousness if you can afford this grade A level of moving service. I give them an A+ grade - well done and many thanks.

029GYMO came and did a quote right at the appointed time. We accepted the estimate and scheduled the move for 10/9 at 8 AM. On 10/9 and 8:01 AM the door bell ran and 3 great guys and a truck entered. Loaded the items mom was taking in 90 minutes, them drive the 60 minutes to the apartment and unloaded in 90 minutes. These 3 men did not take any long breaks, did texting or answered phone calls, just did the loading. All items arrived without damage and placed where mom had planned. An overall great experience. We purchased 3 men and a truck for an hourly rate. The job was done under the high estimate.

Excellent company and great movers. Have used them before and will again for future moves.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! STAY AWAY!!! Maybe they were ONCE good but NOT anymore!

Called Mon 8/10/15. Spoke to receptionist who answered phone who took my details. Never received a call back. Called again Tues 8/11/15 and spoke to same person who apologized. Left my name and number again. Never received call back. Won't use them.

The guys were great. They were at the storage unit before I got there, and quickly moved everything to my home. They were very careful with the furniture and laid out the bed parts even though I could not located the needed hardware. They asked several times if I needed anything else moved, and were very friendly and professional. I would love to use them again in the future!

Excellent service, very thorough and careful with our belongings. Plus, Get Your Move On took the time to protect all the walls & floors of both the home we moved from and the one we moved into. They even successfully disassembled and reassembled our 8' x 8' wall unit without any damage. The crew was hardworking, pleasant, friendly and respectful.

Derek Greene came out very promptly when we told him what we needed done and the limited time we had. He brought an estimator with him from the subcontractor who would crate some sculpture and paintings. In response to some questions I had asked him, Derek also brought a rep from an auction house who could help us dispose of some other items, even though that didn't benefit him directly. (We didn't end up using that service.) The crating guys were amazing. They measured our items during the walk-through with Derek and returned two days later with custom-built sturdy wooden crates for all the items we had agreed on. It was really interesting to watch the way they padded and reinforced the crates. The next day Derek's crew of three came to wrap and pad the furniture and load it along with the crated items into the "zippy shell". They were polite, skilled, and very personable. They wrapped the furniture very securely in both pads and plastic wrap. They seemed very experienced, especially when it came to fitting our items into the truck, and they cleaned up after themselves beautifully. Throughout the process, Derek kept in touch via his cell, and both the crating subcontractors and the moving crew also kept us informed of when they were coming each day. We got the impression that they were very eager to meet Derek's high standards. The communication was the best of any service provider we've ever had. Once our load was handed off to the zippy shell company, we really missed that communication. The zippy shell company had three different people who said they would be our main contact; it seemed to change day to day as they seem to be having some growing pains. Even though it was out of his hands at that point, Derek did follow up with us several times to make sure our shipment arrived safely. Our siblings in Chicago could not believe how well the crating and packing had been done and said the items all arrived in fine condition. Before hiring Derek and Get Your Move On, we had called a moving coordinator from a local luxury senior community for a recommendation. After explaining that we had valuable and fragile items to move, she told us that Derek and his team were expensive but absolutely would do the job right. She was correct. We recommend them very highly!
