Description of Work: This company really knows its business and are willing to do whatever is required. They prepped and moved very heavy furniture and boxes and boxes of books and the kitchen and clothes. The bookcases and leather furniture were too big to get on the elevator and they CARRIED ALL OF THOSE UP TWO FLIGHTS OF STAIRS! The move took two days! I recommend them to anyone!!!

Description of Work: This is the second time I have used Get Your Move On, and they were equally as amazing both times. They are extremely careful, courteous, very efficient and amazingly hard workers. They were on time and worked at a very quick pace continuously. I couldn't believe the things that they could carry up our stairs! I was very impressed with the level of detail that they protected our furniture. There was only 1 piece of furniture that was damaged, and they brought it to my attention immediately. (It was part of our pool table, which they had to completely disassemble to take down a very narrow staircase). To top the experience off...they called me two weeks later to tell me that they had a replacement piece and would like to schedule the repair. I didn't even know they were planning on repairing it, and now I can't even tell it was damaged in the first place! Amazing experience, I have already recommended them to friends...and by the way, those friends had the same amazing experience, and were very thankful for the referral! Get Your Move On is the best, hire them!!!

Description of Work: I move ALOT and have had some BAD experiences. I am thrilled to say this was not one of them. They were on time, very professional and worked hard. I have ALOT of stuff and the move took longer than anticipated because Alex took extra time securing the framework of my king bed that was about to fall apart due to last move. Went the extra mile for me. Finally, a mover that does upcharge, shows up and does a great job!!

Description of Work: I purchased two vouchers from this company to move Furniture in the Phoenix are since I expected that the move would cost more than the value of one, due to the distance across town. I had everything packed up and ready from a 1100 sq ft 2 BR condo. for a move on August 18th. I expected that the two vouchers would cover the cost of the move. But, I was told last evening that the total move was going to cost over $600 due to the travel distance between residences and that I would be paying an hourly rate exceeding $100 an hour. Further, I was told that I could not use more than one voucher for the move because that was their policy. There is clearly a problem with communication somehow between a company like this and Angie's list. Someone from your company needs to oversee what is presented to the consumer in the fine print to insure that what is purchased is what is expected. Clearly there is a communication breakdown somewhere. Further, This is the second deal in less than a week that I have asked to have cancelled. I am disappointed with Angies list not keeping up with these communication issues. Sincerely, Donna Butler
