Description of Work: My oven hood light was not working despite a new bulb and other part. (The electric companies I contacted could not help; would only be able to verify that electricity was indeed going to the light.) Frost was very helpful: the possible problems and costs were thoroughly explained. After only a few minutes of checking the light and its switch,learned that the bulb had not been completely locked in place. Needless to say I was somewhat embarrassed; however, the tech could understand my hesitance in pushing too hard to install the bulb. He was AWESOME and said that he, in good conscience, could not charge me for something such as this!

Description of Work: My oven wasn't working. The repairman, Robert, found the problem immediately. The heating element was damaged. He had to order the element and came back a few days later to install it. He was very professional and fixed the problem quickly. I highly recommend this company for appliance repair.

Description of Work: Excellent service and price. Stacked dryer belt change was much harder due to age of appliance. Robert stuck with it and got the job done. Could not be happier with service or price.

Description of Work: We were only in our home in AZ for a week and found that the fridge was barely working. I called Frost and they were able to send someone the next day. Mickey showed up on time and was very pleasant and professional. He ordered the part and we got a call when the part came in about 4 days later. Frost was able to set up a time with our house sitter and we were told that the fridge was repaired and everything put back in place.

Description of Work: Replaced an electronics panel forthe ice/water dispenser in my fridge. Took a long time for the part to come in, but once it was in they were able to replace it fairly quickly. Very professional.

Description of Work: Unclogged defrost drain, Came back next day and defrosted the freezer fan motor after it frosted up. He also directed us to recover some of the backside of the refrigerator where the motor is located, which we did!

Description of Work: I had a disconnected wire and they said my plug was out of code for my dryer. They called and to replace part and connector it was going to be $200 plus dollars so I decided not to repair and just buy new one. Service call was $80 which I thought was a little high.

Description of Work: Replaced bulb in over-range microwave. The new bulb failed quickly, which indicated a systemic issue with the (Whirlpool) unit. Frost refunded the service call charge but not the bulb charge (which I thought was reasonable). The service person suggested one option was to purchase a counter-top unit for a fraction of the cost of repair of the current installed unit, which we did.
