They were excellent. They told me the part I needed was going to be expensive and they would check around to find the least expensive one they could. They advised I may want to replace the washing machine instead and I really appreciated their honesty. They will be calling me back tomorrow. I don't think I could ask for better customer service than that.

came out inspected removed a comb . It ran for 1 load and died again. they came back out and said it was probably a main Board. Decided to rep;ace the washer and Dryer. they were 13 years old

Due to my experience with the owner and the time she took to speak with me I will always call Frost when I need repair, no one gives this kind of service

Chad showed up on time was very personable and professional. Cleaned up after himself and did an excellent job.

The office was knowledgeable, the repair men polite and efficient, the charges were very reasonable.

Technician's diagnostic assessment identified likely cause of problem. Technician waived service fee because 1) wasn't sure if replacements were available for defective part and 2) cost of replacement part might be prohibitively high. I had expected to pay something - as we all know ... time is money - so I was more than pleasantly surprised when I learned no money would exchange hands at this time. Way more than fair.

They were nice people. They did a good job. The price was probably fair. We look around. It was a motherboard that we needed. He ordered the part, came back the next day, put it in, and it's worked fine. They are reliable. Very professional.

This was one of the best service repairs I gave ever had. I found them on Angie's List, typed in my problem, got a call from their office 30 minutes later, she talked me through a few things I might do to trouble shoot it and the repairman was here the next morning. He was knowledgeable, nice, quick, and fixed it perfectly.

The whole process was well done. The repairman was knowledgeable and he did an excellent job.

Engineer was very knowledgeable and helpful and suggested it would not be economical to repair the machine and we should replace it

This is the first time I've been compelled to write a review on Angie's List. Our wall oven died, and we called Frost based on the reviews. From the moment we called to schedule the appointment, through the service call itself, we could not have been more impressed. They called in advance to set the window, showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. It turned out to be a minor issue, but they've earned a new loyal customer for all our future appliance repairs.

Very well he was very informative. .he explained what needed to be done and how he was going to fix it.

So pleased with work, explanation, cost, professionalism that we're telling our neighbors. Highly recommend.

Chad, the repairman, found quickly that the safety switch that prevents the washing machine lid from being opened when the agitator is moving, was not being activated. He made a simple adjustment and the machine works great. What honesty and level of competency. Frost Appliance has a dedicated customer.

Three attempts were required before the repair was completed. First time - recommended that reverse osmosis unit be services to improve water pressure to icemaker. That didn't do it. Second - icemaker was replaced. That didn't do it. Third - replaced solenoid that controlled water to icemaker. If the troubleshooting which found the bad solenoid the third time had been done the first time, the second two visits might not have been necessary. They did not charge for the third visit or the solenoid.

Fixed the problem in 29 minutes. Give them double cudos, gave me bad part after the repair.

The seals in the washer dried up and needed repaired. The technician that came out was very nice, efficient, did what he was supposed to, and was very pleasant (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name).

Repair was done quickly and resolved the problem.

Mickey showed up on time and was very thorough in explaining our repair problem. Sadly we will be needing a new washing machine, but it was time. Mickey even looked at our fridge and made one small repair for us in addition. He was very professional and personable, and so is the lady in the front office. She was very helpful on the phone. We will definitely be using Frost Appliance in the future and recommending them to friends.

He came out and worked on my stove. He showed up and did not have all the rights tools, so he left and went to get new ones. He did not charge me for the first official visit. He is a hard worker, and everything is working good now.

They were terrific, ready to come next business day but I had to reschedule, they were very accomodating about that. Next day our guest let Chad in, he repaired the washer and let me call later with payment info. Have been calling 602-25FROST for about 20 years since hearing them on the radio. Always honest, sometimes have told us better to replace than repair and given tips on who has deals on that appliance. Could not be happier.

We really appreciated the service. We had been going around for several weeks with Samsung authorized repair out of the Phoenix area (as our unit was two months out of warranty). They fixed nothing over a four week period. When we spoke with Frost on the phone and explained the problem, we were told he could most likely determine the difficulty from our explanation, but he would be happy to check it out with no charge to us if the refrigerator could not be fixed. We all decided the repair cost would not be worth it. Apparently our problem was from a well-known design issue with bottom freezer refrigerators. (Samsung has since upped the warranty on this type of refrigerator to 10 years.) Frost did not charge us for the service call. We appreciated their professionalism and would definitely use them for any repairs.

Terrible!!!! Frost appliance is not reliable, non professional with the exception to the very kind and responsive representative we spoke to initially on the phone; she was great but the technician was incompetent and his father was outrageous to even utter such profanity in front of customers and the children he brought with him . And on top of that they did not clean up the water left on the floor. Hopefully me and my family will never have this kind of experience again through Angies list referrals

Great! Appointments scheduled fairly quickly, and they call to say they are on their way...rare these days, and always appreciated! The Service Techs were just wonderful, polite, professional & pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this company.
