Description of Work: Annette at Frost Appliance contacted me immediately after my initial request for service. They came to my home and called me at work 1 hour prior to arrival as I requested. Nicky the serviceman inspected my refrigerator and said a wire was loose and adjusted it. He said if the refrigerator still wasn't cool they could order me a timer. It cooled somewhat but not as cold as it should be. I called them and within 2 days they had the part and scheduled service. When Nicky came back and could see the back of the freezer more clearly since the ice build up was gone he said the part would not do any good and eventually I will need a new refrigerator. They did not charge me a cent for the service call. Nicky is very neat and cleans up after himself. The fridge is really cold now so something must have jolted it back into shape. I would definitely call them again for other service.

Description of Work: We intended for them to fix our refrigerator however; the technician was very honest and recommended we go direct to Samsung or if he did the work, it may not correct the issue. We appreciated his honesty.

Description of Work: Repairman told me my compressor was frozen up and I should get a new refrigerator. Recommended I go to Scratch and Dent. I actually bought a new fridge but cancelled purchase on day of delivery. According to my Google search, my problem should have been easily fixed with a new starter. I became increasingly suspicious and called in another repairman. He put in a new starter and my fridge was fixed. I called Frost to tell them what happened, they said they would call me back but never did. I am so happy to have my bisque KitchenAid, whose color they do not make anymore. I new one would have been $3000 and in stainless steel color which would have ruined my matching dishwasher, stove, and microwave color scheme...all because of that fool.
