Description of Work: Neither Sears nor Maytag would repair my broken Maytag refrigerator-freezer on the same day. I left messages with Frost and one other independent provider. Frost returned my call first, showed up on the same afternoon within the stated time window, and fixed the problem in a timely and fair-priced manner. I was pleased that I could save most of my food.

Description of Work: Frost Appliance came out to repair the ice dispenser in my freezer and were unable to fix the problem. They made three attempts over the course of a few weeks with no success. After being told I would need to buy a whole new freezer door for $300 that may or may not solve the problem and that the door was nonreturnable if it didn't work or had cosmetic damage, I contacted another vendor who diagnosed and fixed the problem in one attempt.
